LOVED that you chose to share this MV & your responses!!! This is one of my absolute favourite BTS songs/MVs too & BTS shine so bright! Jimin is the OBVIOUS STAND OUT of this MV as he is not only a uniquely talented singer he is a PHENOMENAL dancer. FYI when this MV first came out and BTS were doing TV shows to promote it J-Hope/Hobi when asked immediately said it was all "JIMIN, JIMIN, JIMIN"! Many dancers/dance experts say Jimin is in a class of his own above the rest because he is able to reconcile his modern/ contemporary dance training with his BTS/Hip-Hop training which are antithetical, and extremely difficult to do! Ballet is about stillness, while K-pop dance is about movement, and since the genres of dance are different, there is something incompatible. The message of the song about dealing with fears of losing your love and passion for what drives you is so profound. And this MV is also outstanding for me because of how JIMIN shines so bright. Great job on the reactions guys!

This video or song was all JIMIN RM and suga said one time..that it was JIMIN’s Time to shine.
In the MV they display the meaning behind the track, Jimin shows it through his solo freestyle dancing reflecting their shadows since he’s the black swan and brings out his wings (which wasn’t part of the original choreography) this particular choreography was done by brailizan dancer which Jimin helps the others since it’s more his element with assistance from Hobi & JK who can do it too. I also noticed Jin’s reflection didnt move within the mirrors when he turned around 👀 *The song is very sad even though it may not appear that way, it’s about a dancer who dies twice (not literally) but inside after they stop dancing but the first death is most painful* BTS most scariest fear is one day they’ll lose the passion for music and dance, making them die their first death. If you’ve seen the Black Swan movie with Natalie Portman which explains why they filmed and danced in a theatre #BlackSwan #BTS
*FUN FACT: After watching Black Swan movie a couple times RM got inspired and decided to write a song about the sacrifice an artist makes when they stop performing which is the hardest thing to do the first time around.*

That way of thinking of "who's the favourite?" is so weird to me. I've seen it in a lot of reaction videos and as a long time fangirl of different boybands, I never once cared or wondered who the most popular/favourite one was. I mean, with time, you develop a preference and you can tell who the most popular usually is, but it was never something that crossed my mind immediately on first impressions. I'm not exactly sure what that reveals about the people and the culture, but it's fascinating.
And yeah, even in that aspect BTS are pretty much an outlier. You kinda love them all. lol
Literally like it’s such a western idea like I’d hope your stanning the group because of the talent that all of them contribute if it’s only one person then why are they in a group in the first place or are you even a fan? You might have someone your more drawn to in the group but regardless you have to appreciate everyone in the group.
