- Onboard Loganair on a very nice classic, Embraer E145 from Newquay, Cornwall to Edinburgh. Superb flight with excellent crew. On the E145 there are 50 seats and the aircraft requires one cabin crew for the flight. The approach into Edinburgh Airport had a bit of crosswinds, but nailed a well executed smooth touchdown on the runway, enjoy the views of the Forth Bridge as we came into land.

I flew with Loganair many years ago to the lsle of Barra with my sister and what a trimendous flight that was, when we left Glasgow it was nicen sunny then when we got to Barra it was quite cloudy but it kept dry, so we had a very enjoyable day, even when we got the flight back to Glasgow it was still dry, l say well done to Loganair for that flight.
I definitely really enjoyed the flight over to the Island of Barra, did as you did do did the day trip, was damp and bit of rain around when I did the trip, but was very enjoyable. Maybe next year may do another trip over to the Island again and hope better weather.
Love flying on these regional jets, always more fun than the usual A320 or 737!
Found the E145 a nice change to as you said to the Airbus and Boeing. Small little aircraft makes it feel like a private jet.
Cornwall to Scotland with Loganair.
