This is how skateboarding products should be advertised. Show me why I should skate your product, don’t just sell me a dream like the other companies that only do promo edits and video parts. Good sh*t Krux. Thanks NHS for a great truck. I have my pair.
The trucks on a railroad car consist of an assembly of wheels, axles, bearings, and suspension, pivoted flexibly underneath the deck and chassis of a railroad car. The layout on a skateboard is conceptually much the same.
@@themandalorian2498 hey thats cool. i used to ride alot of spitfire and anti-hero is cool, but until fairly recently, hasnt been easy to get here. i like blood wizard too
That was always my issue with any kind of inverted kingpin. I hated that the fact that the kingpin wiggled. I skate loose trucks so I noticed this weird wiggle before my truck turned and it felt terrible. Gonna try a pair of these new krux
@@Jiggityjax No they don't they make a reverse kingpin but not a downlow kingpin the difference is the height of the king the lower it is the more life you get out of the truck simply because it will grind off but the DLK is significantly lower the indy reverse kingpin
still prefer the old domed kingpin with just the allen key that had no hex nut. this just seems like a downgrade the hex nut just adds a sharp edge that is going to grab

Thank you!
Favorite UA-cam review skater. Whaley Rules! Going to buy the new Krux asap
Thank you! -Ron
Another great explanation from Professor Whaley. And your feebles on ledges are great.
Thank you! :)
If the kingpin is higher than the hanger take a grinder to some of those top threads hanging over.
That's a fantastic design!!
😎I'm $old on this, for I was going to get regulars' to be a classicist. But, I think I will be much more happier with
*The DLK KRUX.*
There was another version of this that was discontinued?
Nice trucks. Just grabbed some indy mid with the inverted kingpin. Gonna try yet. And Ron is still taking some heavy slams. Jeezzzz
I need to go easy on the slams. Hoping that's the last one like that.
I love these trucks so much! but- could we get a DLK kit that's like the old dlk with just the allen key instead of the allen/hexagonal combo?
"Hella" grind clearance. Great to be representing nor cal words.
Ha! Very NorCal indeed.
What are those??!!!! Homie sponsored by FILA
I wish. Maybe one day... ;)
All jokes aside your SiQ bro!! Love your style on and off the skateboard!!🤘🏽
I like ths old one
But why is it called a truck?
Huh... good question. I'll ask around.

Hey Ron, what's good with those filas? Are they regular model shoes or are you trying some r&d experimental joints?
I just realised all my favorite stuff comes from the same company. creature, bronson, oj, krux,
NHS FUN FACTORY!
My Personal Favorite is DLXSF.

Hope you like them! They keep their turning sharpness much better than before when they could wiggle.
Alright, I'm gonna go skate now!
Yesssss
Is there a hollow version of the k5 with dlk ?
Yes. There's a hollow chrome green dlk k5. I think that's the only style in hollow right now.
If Adam Driver were a skater and worked as a brand manager for NHS Skate Direct
Are these kingpins compatible with most truck brands ??
Some. It depends on how the kingpin the baseplate. Working on a new video about the DLKs we sell by themselves. Coming soon.
What’s the height on these?
My first pair of trucks were those krux from 2001, in a rainbow pattern🌈

will this work on thunders?
I know it's been a while but Thunder makes trucks with an inverted kingpin now.
@@spht9ng just started skating the inverted kingpin Thunders and its great!
I wish they made these on Indy's
But they do
