Great video! Just a question about the embroidered rose patch that you have, how did you put it on? iron, sew or both? I also want to personalise my bag but I worry I will damage the water-proof plastic material of the bag. Thanks :)
Alex Sedano I did put on. The patch is a iron on...I placed it on the cloth back of the bag. I kept the heat of the iron on low because I was worried about the material inside and outside the bag but surprisingly it didn’t get damaged. I wouldn’t recommend putting a patch on the sides because I think that material would do as well under the heat of the iron.
thanks! okay so you´ve placed a cloth on the back of the bag to protect the inside, and then another cloth between the patch and the iron surface to avoid direct contact with the bag? or you´ve ironed directly over the patch with only one cloth at the back for the sticky part to melt? thanks again :) just worried I would burn the baby lol
Michael Fresh Belief I’ve been pretty lucky and haven’t had a lot of rain with this bag. It’s mostly been light drizzles. And I didn’t cover the bag. I would cover it for any rain heavier then that, based off my own paranoia.
Safarihearts _ they didn’t even ask me about the lock. So my answer would be no. I did a lot of research when I first saw this bag and I haven’t seen any reviews where that was mentioned.
Abel Moreno I went to Boston last month with this bag, adding a few more items. I would say it wasn’t more then 30 lbs but I’ll repack and actually weigh it and give a more accurate answer.

Yes, that's the slight worry I have with it that my stuff would get wet.
Any suggestions on rain covers for it?
Michael Fresh Belief www.amazon.com/dp/B071G14383/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_EqGoCbJ29QWPY It was a good price with good reviews on amazon
When you go through tsa. Do they expect you you remove the lock that comes with the bag?
