I like Siegfried. At least his win poses involved dialogue:
"I never had such an easy victory."
"I will not rest until I wreak vengeance for my father."
"I'm unstoppable!"
The first ending, frightening.
So this is how Siegfried became Nightmare.
Well I'm unsure if he instantly turns into the Azure Knight Nightmare because apparently SoulCalibur: Legends is canon and if that holds true he didn't turn into Nightmare until the events of that story finish.
Soul Calibur Legends is confirmed to be semi-canon in one of the DLC chapters of 6’s Soul Chronicles; basically, it was all in Siegfried’s head while he was Nightmare.
I remember when I was a kid when I got that ending. I thought it was terrifying the way that Soul Edge's claws dug into his hand as Siegfried vainly attempted to remove the evil weapon from his hand, but it was all in vain as the sword corrupted him into Nightmare.

They did good for graphical perspective, but yeah the 2D town textures don't help to give them depth. Also Thank you for watching =}

(In both of his endings)-
Siegfried: Agh! *PANT* *PANT*
(In his first ending)-
Siegfried: Ah! Aah! Uagh! Aah!
*SCREAMS*
Uaaaaaaaaahh!!!
(In his second ending)-
Siegfried: Hyaaah!

I never considered the PSP game SC Legends a part of the canon. I believe this is the only game that confirmed the canon route of the Soul series.
Legends is a Wii game, Broken Destiny was the PSP one.
Plus, I don't think anyone considers it canon as it's just a spin-off.
Did Siegfried's japanese VA also voice Link as well? The resemblance of those screams is uncanny.
Yes he does. He voices both nightmare & Link in the Japanese Version of SoulCalibur II.
Yep. He’s still voiced Siegfried & Nightmare in Soul Calibur 3, 4, Broken Destiny, 5 and 6.

I'd add additional lines of dialogue for him if they done a remake. And if these Namco characters had color coded subtitles I'd make Siegfried have green.
