Good video i just picked up the deck and this helps a lot. Surprisingly enough im currently already running Djinn buster because that card is insane lol.
A funny tech is beckoning beast normal brotaur discard target beast & add another fiend. Also try out barricade borg blocker it adds so much utility & prevents your opponent from outing your face up spells.
Interesting! I think barricade blocker is really good against branded since they often rely on guardian chimera. Then they are forced to deal with him too. Otherwise you need to be careful about cosmic cyclone! Maybe not optimal to play him but certainly funny and maybe can steal some wins in the right moment! In theory brotaur is also nice but the problem getting him on the field no? Don’t forget that spirit gates/dark beckoning beast only support fiend monsters with 0/0 atk/def!
I been deck testing a bit. I run a terraforming cuz it’s extra copy of nightmare throne and baits interaction. 2) I don’t miss the second gates, but I really like Yubel #3 3) phantom of Yubel might be one of the most conceptually broken cards it’s going to get limited whenever it comes out 4) I like escape from unchain, the one that pops and unchain and another monster, cuz you can pop blue dog and bring blue dog back with Yama
I think that terraforming as another starter isn't really needed since it loses to droll and the deck already have kind of enough starters plus a few two card combos,but u can instead run one for one since it also baits interruptions and starts off ur combos
I think that this deck will become Unchained 2.0 and start the Fiend pile craze for the second half of the year. Once Fiendsmith arrives you’ll see the deck evolve further. Because the deck is backrow reliant I’ve tried to tech in Sky prison to protect my power spells and it has worked out well and given me more level 10 bodies for the beatdown under skill drain or to make more rank 10 plays. I’d like to know what you think of the viability of that idea?
i think its a tech that will surprise your opponent and if your opponent has a deck that has many ways to destroy, it can be quite effective! you just have to be careful about banish effects but otherwise its good, especially of course if skill drain is on the field :)
Really nice video! subscribed! however surprised you say that you dont like drawing the trap (i suppose you mean Eternal Favorite) - it would have been an insane draw in both combos shown: revive yubel on opps turn with yama and super poly? Am I missing something? anyway, great vid
Yeah I mean the unchained trap! Eternal favorite is still really good and you basically aim to get it the next time you can resolve spirit! Thanks for the comment
Wouldnt it be better, for the 2.5 combo to destroy spirit of yubel, get a yubel on the board, Maybe have your opponent waste a handtrap, and then revive spirit with Spirit gates
You could do that, yes! I just wasn’t sure when i I was making the video if everyone agrees to run 2 Yubel so i wanted to make a combo version that’s a little bit more "normal“ If you play 2 OG Yubel, depending on the match up/gamestate, that’s a good play!

Super poly is strong but : You can adapt the combo to play around certain cards/specific scenarios, I have a video planned in the future where I go over some blow out cards and how you can play around them! Including super poly. I wanted the video to be not too long that’s why I decided to divide those video topics!
Whats the platform/simulator you are using to play? Also suggestion “cursing” is not good for UA-cam content and it can slow down your growth in video views.

I learned the hard way that this deck can successfully use skill drain under nightmare pain!
How do you tech in Prison? What's the level 8s you use?
Heavenly Sky prison is a lvl 10 that can protect your backrow and come out as a beat stick or help make rank 10 plays

Why dont you destroy spirit instead of the lotus in the second combo with the beast ? You can still revive spirit and it gives you One more yubel
