- During the 2003 Mr. Olympia contest prep I trained harder than I ever did for any other show in my life. Everyone was saying I was washed up and that my run was over. I was at war everyday to prove them wrong. Here is a short glimpse into what one of those days were like.

@@lucasguimaraes5927I don't know why people have this"hardcore" mentality it's ok if you like eating that way but i think you don't need to eat always chicken everyday. there is a lot of protein sources red meat,eggs,fish,plant protein sources like lentils,soybeans,etc.

There is something about Ronnie on the spiritual side. I don’t know if anyone has observed but he is extremely rested , peaceful and content in all the activities eating,driving etc... He does everything so slowly with content and concentration. I don’t think it was simply his gym work alone that got him to where he was.
