Now let’s see you form the ice cream bean ice cream into an ice cream bean shape (with seeds in the middle) to make an ice cream bean ice cream ice cream bean. If we work on this a little, we can make an endlessly recursive dessert.

Damn it Jared. Your cat's meow sounds like a person screaming for help from a distance. I was in my car in a garage on campus and thought someone was actually yelling for help. I ran up and down the stairs in the garage looking for someone only to come back to the car and find out it was your cat after unpausing the video.... I might have had a wake and bake before coming for class....

I make that no churn ice cream every now and then, and it is awsome!
You would think that it would be icy with lots of crystals but it is not actually. Very smooth and creamy.
A little more dense and more sweet than churned ice cream, but as long as you let it thaw a little bit, it is fantastic. Sooo simple, and amazing 👍
I usually scrape out a vanilla bean and add to that, and nothing else. Best vanilla ice cream ever!

Here's a vegan version for the vegan commenters who are grumpy they can't eat the above-
2 cup FROZEN icecream bean pulp
    Half cup of coconut milk
    Quarter cup of soy milk.
    Sugar to taste
    Pinch of salt.
    Dissolve sugar into combined milk.
Place pulp in blender with salt.
Pulse blend while at the same time pouring a constant thin stream of the milks thru the blender access hole.
    DO NOT OVER BLEND!!!
HEAT FROM THE BLENDER WILL TURN ICECREAM INTO A SMOOTHIE!
Once combined pour into a container and freeze for 4 hours.
This is a great method for making sorbets and ice-cream from subtle fruits.
Make sure tho you have a blender that can cope with frozen fruit!
Other lovely combinations are Dragon Fruit and coconut, star fruit and soy and, frozen melon , maple syrup, almond milk and nutmeg.

Texture reminds me more of a gelato = very little overrun so less whipped air = more ice cream by weight per quart or pint or whatever = denser ice cream = better value + better flavor.
