Oh what I wouldn't give for a day to just walk around the park and do nothing. I miss it so much! Thank you for letting me live vicariously through you!
Must be nice to be able to enjoy the park at capacity because your local and their everyday. You can enjoy the ups and downs. For those of us that are not local and plan a trip, Disneyland at Max capacity is a nightmare and a waste of money.
BBQ 76 and yet it happens almost every year. I don’t disagree, but I’m surprised its still so crowded every year. Eventually you think people would catch on and it would not reach maximum capacity.
I would Never go this time of year. We can only go every 4-8 years and it's not worth the money to go at peak times! I would love to live near DL but would not love the crazy traffic and housing prices in CA so I'll just enjoy it when we can go. It's makes it Extra magical and I'm thankful to fresh baked for helping me get my fix when we are far away, blanketed in snow. Ha ha! Thanks!👍
I just like being inside disneyland. Its not just the rides its the whole atmosphere. Just have fun and loose yourself for a day and pretend yourr in the wild west or the early days of America. Maybe catch some rides but also just look around. Its fun to just explore.
I think I have ptsd from working 7 years ago on the busiest day when they had to close the park two days in a row. $7k in quick service food and only missed 10 cents of being perfect cashing out.
I wish I lived nearby so I could go as often as you do and just enjoy some time simply walking around the park. I do find walking relaxing anyways. To just walk around Disneyland and examine the details and the environment with no attraction agenda sounds like fun. Since I can only go 3-4 times a year at best, it's more of a "let's cram in what we can" kind of trip. I enjoy it when some of the family heads out early so I can walk the park at night after fireworks, sometimes after closing on the trek towards the park exit.
LOVE!! I absolutely LOVE enjoying Disney even when lines aren't long!! I really like to walk around, and maybe wander into some shops, or find a place to sit and people watch. And if I don't want to sit, I walk around. You never know where you'll end up, or what could happen. Disney winds. FRESH BAKED!! NSA!
The only way to exit is threw the front balling 😩😢with all of the other kids !!! So glad this video came up😃!!yesterday we were so sad it was down☹️!! My 10 yr old and I are Ian, Liz and Sophia fans 👍!! Loved the laid back Cruze day !!
Happy Saturday David and Ian. The Disneyland park was really crowded. I am amazed that people stayed, in line, for Hours! Of all the times we've been to Disneyland, we never saw it that crowded.
Spoken like true AP holders. On crowded days, skip the rides and enjoy the park and the shows. They seem to hire more entertainers on crowded days. I saw the Milan Parade on a Saturday and a Wednesday. On Saturday there were twice as many jugglers and acrobats. It could be worse. In Italy I was in Venice under the same conditions. And that’s a city. They can’t suspend admissions when it reaches capacity. It was hellacious. No wonder it’s sinking.
Got annual passes for Christmas and will be in the parks on January 18th and 19th. Hope it won’t be as busy with Rise of Resistance opening that weekend. But feels got to be a passholder finally.
I too think that what you recorded in Paris is the end we are getting. I'm very worried. And we are losing the death of the queen I am pretty sure. Why does no one get, lightening, the rock on cliff breaks, she falls to her death. As for facade changing... Is it going to look more like the Dwarves live there vs the Queen's castle? I'm very scared this ride is going to be ruined. And I used to be excited.
We were here, it was insane, so many rides had at least 100 min wait, Indiana Jones reached a wait time of 200 mins Later on in the day we found out the park reached maximum capacity
Too crowded to ride and walk around and get to know Disneyland is great IF you have an annual pass and know you can come back whenever. For those, and this is for the many, who save up for a couple years to take their family to go to Disneyland simply will not do this. This is why Disney must do something about the crowds. Can you imagine, you planned your trip that took years of saving, only to find the park closed due to overcrowding? Or the park is so full it takes HOURS to get on a single ride? Annual Pass holders and those that live nearby can just go whenever and doing what David and Ian did in this film would make sense. Just applies to a very small percentage of goers. Something needs to be done. Disney is doing somethings, but there will be a time that doors are going to get closed more and more. It is what it is. Disney Anaheim simply needs more space. Just my thoughts. Fresh Baked 👍👍👍👍
I saved for 1.5 years to go. Why would anyone choose to go now is beyond me! I chose the end of January which was suppose to be one of the least busy times of the year and so we could see haunted Mansion. Now haunted Mansion holiday is staying open longer do we will miss that. 80s night is going to be on the week we're there and rise of the resistance will have just opened! Do my year ahead planning has all back fired! But... We're going to make the best of it and I know we will still have a magical time. I just wish they would give more notice on openings and closings because it really is a problem for those who save so long and come soooo far!
Great video! The Dynamic Duo!! Do you guys remember when DCA had a second entrance? It was kinda weird IMO. FRESSSH BAKKKED! 🙌🏽side note I miss seeing Liz 😩
It was the day that reach full capacity ? That the park close the gate at 11:30 and stop selling tickets omg Ur the Best , Ur awesome 🤯 Greatings to baby Sofía and Liz , 4 u and Ian
Ian is correct that none of the scenes in a dark ride were meant to be observed for more than a moment. Absolutely, David....it is entirely possible to enjoy Disneyland without ever getting on a ride!
@@CaptainEIEIO yeah, I'm thinking it's gonna be the busiest day until RotR starts up. But I'm also getting a pass that day, so I'm not too worried if we can't do everything that day
I was at California Adventure today December 28th 2019 it was very crowded because we parked and Woody's parking lot and security the new Securities is awesome there but then why put in the parking was so bad it was like this weekend in the year do you ain't got a ride but a couple rides in California Adventure and that's it
It all sounds magical at home on your sofa but the reality of the holiday crowds, long lines for attractions, food, gift shops, and trying to constantly sqeeze your way through 100,000 other guests, strollers and wheelchairs can take the smile of anticipation you entered the park with right off your face within minutes. Its not just locals who look miserable in this situation.
There is an extremely easy fix to this problem... remove Fast Passes from the mix and more importantly, remove Annual Passes altogether and all these crowds slip into the past of Yesterland. At the very least Disney should retire monthly payment options, doing so would go a long way.
Oh what I wouldn't give for a day to just walk around the park and do nothing. I miss it so much! Thank you for letting me live vicariously through you!
ElizabethAnne Reads my favorite thing to do too.
The rides are just a bonus.
🎸🎶Ass scratch fever...🎵 Haha, smile, you’re on the interweb!
I always enjoy walking around Disneyland, it puts a smile on my face and seeing people having a good time fills my heart with happiness.
It almost feels like you're in a"Where's Waldo" book when you go to Disneyland and spot the Fresh Baked crew.
Ian, I used to work on Storybookland! You were exactly right about the solo trip!

this pretty much says it all.

😂😂 the old guy that was adjusting something on his rear end! 😂😂
Yesterday the parks looked insane!
Living with the Laras So true. It took like 30 minutes for me to get into security.

Did you notice the Mark Twain reverse the paddles. Must have been going to fast for the Columbia. Thumbs up!

Magic over practicality every time. I only use the Monorail entrance/exit if we're taking a break in the middle of the day.
Wow the crowds.
It'll rain this week. Ride then, less crowds.
Friday, the park closed to daily ticket entry. Many wait times at 200 mins. Crazy days at DLR.

Nothing teaches a person patience like the crowds at Disneyland. Hope you still had a wonderful time! :)

Love the content, ads not so much.

Gmorning fresh baked!
Ahhhh. My fix!
Keri Ojeda seriously tho
Great video! The Dynamic Duo!! Do you guys remember when DCA had a second entrance? It was kinda weird IMO. FRESSSH BAKKKED! 🙌🏽side note I miss seeing Liz 😩
where?
www.yesterland.com/hotelgate.html I love looking through this website at how the parks used to be!
Hello Fresh Baked!
i was there that week and there was WAY to many people
It was the day that reach full capacity ? That the park close the gate at 11:30 and stop selling tickets omg
Ur the Best , Ur awesome 🤯
Greatings to baby Sofía and Liz , 4 u and Ian
this was the day before. We have video from Saturday that had similar crowds though to Friday.
Ian is correct that none of the scenes in a dark ride were meant to be observed for more than a moment.
Absolutely, David....it is entirely possible to enjoy Disneyland without ever getting on a ride!
13:35 - what if you could leave at critter country? Strangely prophetic....
3:44 As usual right on cue Ian always says what I’m thinking when I watch Freshbaked. Ian is my inner voice.
Krillinish2 no no no, I was thinking about that before both of you guys.
Last hour, visit Tiki Room.
Planning on going next Saturday for my daughter's first trip.. hope it's not this crowded. Haha
@@CaptainEIEIO yeah, I'm thinking it's gonna be the busiest day until RotR starts up. But I'm also getting a pass that day, so I'm not too worried if we can't do everything that day
Being able to walk around and not go on any attractions seems real nice
I agree Ian! I always go to the left when I first enter DL. Curious though why you guys went on Friday knowing it would be so packed?
Because they can make a video and monetize Disneyland as an overcrowded madhouse.
I was at California Adventure today December 28th 2019 it was very crowded because we parked and Woody's parking lot and security the new Securities is awesome there but then why put in the parking was so bad it was like this weekend in the year do you ain't got a ride but a couple rides in California Adventure and that's it
if I see you at Disneyland/CA can I say more than, "Freshbaked" ? Can I actually talk to you and tell you how awesome your channel is
of course! We talk, take photos, receive hugs. It's all good.
Did the original video get deleted and put back up? I know I saw this the other day. It's no deja Vu. Lol
Raechel Sykes I was wondering the same thing.
Doesn't the park already have a second entrance/exit via the monorail???
Great content as always shutout 2 the producer Holla thunderchicken muffins
Thank you Dan!
People look miserable! Smile people! It’s the happiest place on erf!
TheSweetLife70 I agree. I use to be w local until I had to move up here to oregon. When I get to visit I try to infect those non smilers! Haha!
Who hasn’t been to dismalland and doesn’t know about the overcrowding issues? How the heck this make my suggestions?
Why doesn’t Ian have his own u tube channel?
because he doesn't want to do one.
CAN WE HAVE A SARAH UPDATE???? HOW HAS SHE BEEN?? ITS BEEN SOOOO LONG SINCE SHES LEFT THE SHOW :(
There is an extremely easy fix to this problem... remove Fast Passes from the mix and more importantly, remove Annual Passes altogether and all these crowds slip into the past of Yesterland. At the very least Disney should retire monthly payment options, doing so would go a long way.
I'm curious if they haven't thought about a monthly subscription service...
Ian says "Yeah" a lot lol and the 5 o'clock shadow and dark circles isn't a good look on you Ian lol
I don't care for it when the parks are too busy...
Jonah Hill look alike

;))))
