Nice review y'all
one thing people need to remember when converting a aucustic kit to a low volume kit is the metal rim so if you're doing this conversion, i high recommend that you get rubber rim covers for you kit as well
Are you using just the EAD10 or extra triggers on the LV mesh heads? I bought the RTOM LV mesh heads after watching your video and I'm certainly not disappointed!! Thank you for the great information.
Can you do a trigger video with the ead please,I’m about to buy these as well
Could u do a comparison with Trusound low volume mesh heads and also on how to attach the triggers
so without triggers the bh snap on sounds best and w triggers they sound the same?
what type of trigger and module you use for your kit?
Nice video ya-all
The feel is more important to me than triggering these... im trying to get close to regular heads while dropping volume.. would the black holes just be a better alternative to these heads in that regard?
Please visit our youtube page to see other reviews on the Black Hole Practice System that discuss more in-depth the feel.
You didn't mention the feel. Do they feel anything like a real heads response? I think that is number one to most drummer's.
I'm also concerned if I put these exclusively on my practice kit will the bearing edges get damaged? Anyone know?
Please check out our other reviews for the LV mesh heads on our UA-cam page. In regards, to the bearing edges we have not experienced any complaints regarding damage nor have we had any damage to our test kits.
What triggers are you using on the black holes? They dont look like yamaha Dt series. Look like surface mount trigger?
Kenny is testing out RTOM's new bh Triggers that will be available in May!
@@RTOMCorporation beautiful cant wait.
Is the new redesign bass drum head available yet?
How are you putting those triggers on bass drum when it’s just the mesh head? I have the triggers
Like traditional mesh heads, LV Mesh Heads work with any brand of triggers on the market, with the exception of bh Triggers, which are designed specifically for the Black Hole Practice System
100% ya’ll
What happens if you miss the center dot??? Different sound or does it still trigger or what?
yes it still triggers!
I buy a LV mesh head for my 13"x5" snare drum to save the rimshot capability (compare to the black hole that i also tested and works perfectly on toms) the result is a mess, untunable... have an idea ?
These look great but seem to be out of stock everywhere. Anybody know if that's going to change soon?
Yes, LV Mesh Heads will restock in about 2 weeks!
@@RTOMCorporation Thanks 😍
Are these 2-ply or single-ply?
Single- ply but from a much stronger material than traditional single-ply mesh.
All about LV mesh heads, just mentioned black holes for a sec
We have lots of other videos that focus only on the Black Hole Practice System. Please check them out!
Y’all.
Black holes way to pricey, especially in Australia OMG
This is the most American thing I’ve ever watched….y’all.
dude, put down the crack pipe
@TearsOfDecember Band He may have been talking about Kenny. Kenny is a great guy but he tends to be well... hyper-ish ;)
@TearsOfDecember Band dude... he wasn't even talking to you. maybe you should lay off the crack pipe.
@TearsOfDecember Band i see adhd has costed you your inteligence because nothing you said made sense.
