HELLO SIR, I HAVE BEEN WATCHING SO MANY VIDEOS ABOUT CRPTO AND FOREX TRADE INVESTMENT BUT YET I'M STILL MAKING LOSSES TRADING ON MY OWN, PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME A GOOD STRATEGY OR AT LEAST ADVICE ON HOW TO MAKE GOOD PROFIT THROUGH INVESTING
Trading with an expert is the best strategy for newbies and busy investors who have little or no time to monitor trade.. I will advice you not to stop trading on your own it's very risky. Seek advice of a professional trader
All depends on whether you wish to live in the style you are accustomed to in the West or if you wish to live a humble lifestyle like the locals If it's the latter you will be more respected, make more friends and feel a part of the community.
Some of these comparisons are not apples to apples. Example is size of houses. I run my central air 24/7 in Ky in the summer months and my entire gas and electric bill is a little over $100. Mind you this is central air that is cooling the entire house! I think I’m trying to say that the quality between both countries is not the same. Water is cheaper there but I would not drink it. It’s polluted. Our phone service and utilities in the states is reliable, we seldom have brown outs. Ultimately I’m saying you get what you pay for.
@@timst1966Also think of the future ,we are on track to be a 3rd world country too, been going down hill all my life since the the 70s as is planned …IMO
Good idea, AND a person can purchase a countertop water distiller or create one with food grade tubing and a stainless steel covered pan. This may be a fun problem to solve
I am a Brit (single) currently in NewZealand, looking to retire in the Philippines, this kind of information is fabulously practical, just what I need to evaluate the practicality of my retirement plan. Thanks for the time and effort you put into this, it's very helpful for someone in my position, I am five years off implementing my plan but I want to make sure it's not a 'pipe dream'. I appreciate your efforts, thanks to you both (and the blokes a Yank but we won't hold that against him, lol)
61k a month is living quite well. I lived in Cebu for about 10 years on a budget of 40K a month and had a good life there with money left in the bank each month. I didn't have a car, but did have a motorcycle and my girlfriends family never asked us to help them out, so saved a bit there. I paid 8500 peso for a 2 bedroomed apparment in a middle class area of the city. If you're going to retire there look into the retirement visa as it works out cheaper than renewing a tourist visa as I did for all those years!
@@brendanhedges7591 40k a month u be living very comfy on this and a great life yes but hospitals are not free if u got sick cost 20l peso just to sign up
They did not say cost of food, trips, fuel and car or motorcycle payments, insurance, and that only rent not buying, it has taxes every year plus a/c if run most of time 1 window unit =4000 a month. Prepare black out with extra back up energy because can be off 4 hours to 4 days a time , etc.
Example i paid to have my house built with upstairs patios and it a big concrete tiled house with farm land for fruit orchard i have i gave $1.3 million for it in cash and thats usa $ not peso in iloilo philippines, house has 15 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and 2 kichens and 2 living rooms and a study office and a large outside concrete storage building and a concrete security fence with 2 large meadle gates.
I was spending around 1000 euros per Month(60 thousand pesos at the time) when I lived in the Philippines for 3 yrs me and my wife. We also drank wine almost every day but we were living in the province and close to an amazing beach on a island. I will check more of your vids. this is the first one I came across. It was in the reccomendations
I’m retiring from the military this month after 20+ yrs of service, I’m considering this. If I can find a humble and down to earth Filipina with great family values, it will be the beginning of a happy life.
@@peterhuang1431 It depends on rank. Look at the pay charts for E-6 AND ABOVE AT 20 YEARS. E-6 is the lowest rank to retire. Retirees receive 50% of pay monthly. Many retirees also receive some amount of VA Disability payment, between $250 to $3000+ depending on disability rating.
Too honest idea i like the way your husband share his practical ideas on adapting lifestyle here in the PHILIPPINES..and the way he accept of giving allowance to our beloved parents which somehow sort of misunderstanding between foreigners having FILIPINO partner..too both of you keep vlogging and stay strong
This is for an area outside of Manila where the rent will be lower than other places. In Cebu, even Province, rent will be about 150-200% more but other expenses will be about the same. Electric power in Cebu is a bit less than Manila.
For family of 4 I pay 18K in rent/month for 120 Sqm house, Electric bill varies from 8-11k/month, Water 1.5k, Internet Fiber 50Mbps 1.6k, Cable TV 600, Groceries is 10k/week 45k/month, Car Insurance w diesel reg and maint 6k. Medical Insurance 12k, Kids School including fares varies from 8-12, Motorbike 1k/month, and always something needed replacing, in Dec 2020 it was new TV, now in Jan AC in kids room died, About $2000-2500 USD is my monthly budget, and on that travel expenses, and some expenses for updating car/bike/computer/phone/bicycles and buying clothes and shoes.
@making the move by darren So you do not have kids to pay food, school, medical, clothes, fares for, and no medical for you and your wife, and no transportation of your own, I have been living here for 10 Years. I do not think you know what what high roll means, I spent $6-8k month before, scuba diving, playing golf, dining out every day, not even that is high roll, just expensive activities.
This was super helpful! Thank you both for sharing. Looking forward to hearing what the new house budget looks like. Thank you for your service Brother.
You guys are amazing! some of the people that we know of that are having financial difficulties asking us for advice on how to save money and when we ask them how much is their monthly expenses they don't even know. The first step is to know your numbers like these guys are doing so you'll know if you are living beyond your means.
Right on target IMHO. I've been living here for 13 years and when people ask I tell them at the current P50/$1, $1,000 minimum plus $200 for each additional person. So $1,200 minimum for a couple and you can adjust it from there. We're a family of 3, 2 adults and a tween in private school, living just outside of Cebu City and our average monthly cost is around P70K. But after allowances for the 3 of us, P6,000 X 2 and P600, to spend as you please, it's about P83K. Quite a few Americans here seem to flip out when I tell them that we spend P80K to P85K a month. That's too much for the Philippines! But OMG!! That's cheap!!!
@Kam Y I agree P90K is indeed cheap and a more practical number for a foreigner with kids would probably be P100K. We rented this house in late 2007 and the landlord has never raised the rent.
@Kam Y huh? lol. 90k for a family of 3 in one month is a LOT of money. Most live comfortably on a third of that. A teachers salary is approx 400k a year.
One of best thing in the philipines when you drive your car the signboards, cautions, warning signs are english. We have 500-600 per month depending on food prices which is always going up. We have 3 dogs, own our own home ,own our truck. And live on the beach in the boonies.
Great info and thanks for the transparency. Many put outrageous numbers out there like $1500 minimum per month just to *survive* (not live) in the Ph as a single guy. Maybe all they do is chase bar girls day in and day out.
My monthly expenses includes:(in Peso) 1.rent- 1,000 2.electricity-500 3.grocery-8000 4.Rice/25kg.-1000 6.internet-400 7.miscellaneous(snacks, i have a 10 yr old kid.) - 1000 11,900.... Thanks for sharing, planning on retirement before I hit the big 50. Or to be more precise, I will retire when I have saved up enough cash so that it will last until the pension kicks in(aiming for 300k $). The more clips I watch on the subject, 1k $ a month seems OK but abit more is way better. So 1500$ seems like a sweetspot, with room to travel and margin if shit goes south.
Living in NY is getting ridiculously expensive. My mother is ilocana and she taught me how to save. I bought farmlands in Zambales where my relatives plant vegetables and raise cattles.
I like the explanation of your monthly expenses and it is a little bit high for me if I decided to live there. I would minus some of the expenses like car, motor cycle and pets etc. I can live in a frugal system and I can happily survive with my retirement pension. I definitely decrease my grocery and eating out expense because I never like " red " meat in the first place. I am here in California, I could not wait the time when I am ready to jump off and I will be there. O by the way, thank you for sharing your personal expenses.

UA-cam always make me want to move somewhere. Better be sure you have the blessings of CHRIST YESHUA GOD ALMIGHTY in advance wherever you do before you go.
Ok, so currently I am single, and plan on moving there as soon as travel restrictions are over. So judging by your main expenses, which of course are mandatory, and estimated food costs for myself, and since I have no animals, or girlfriend/wife. I came up with around 28,500P, or $608 USD. I am pretty sure that of course will change if I do add a girlfriend/wife, family, purchasing and care of a vehicle, dogs, cats, iguana's etc. Then that bill I'm sure will go up, however I did use your food costs as a basic idea. I can take some of that off because I do plan on doing a LOT of fishing and of course the occasional Ribeye but a really nice Ribeye here in the US will set you back $20 USD, at $7.00P that's a steal, so I'm not worried about that. I'm sure my food costs won't be near as high, so I can adjust where I need too but $600 is great for those who don't have a 2nd, or 3rd income, and still reasonable for those who are not getting a nice pension from SSI, SSD, or whatever. $800 to $1,200/mth seems to be a standard amount so even if your not rich, you can still afford to live there especially if you budget the way you are. If, you do happen to marry a Filipina and she does work, that would be even better of course. Any help is better than no help. Thank you so much for breaking it down like this, it makes it easier for planning.
It’s great to hear your real world expenses are so reasonable there. Also you both seem very happy!!! Congratulations 🎉 and I’ll look forward to seeing more of your videos. Thank you 🙏
If you go to the vet in Canada look at $1000.00 bill for your cat or dog, especially if they are sick and need meds. Yor rent is really cheap. We live in a townhouse in Mississauga, ON Canada. Our rent is $1365.00 per month plus all utilities. Our townhouse is two rooms. The living room and kitchen are one room and a bedroom with a bathroom and of course, we do have a garage. When we had two cars we paid $50.00 a month for parking. Hydro is very expensive here, cell phones and the internet. We pay $260.00 a month for cable tv, landline, and internet. For two of us, groceries run around $600.00 a month more or a little less. Depending on where we go out to eat will never be under $30.00 and that is Swiss Chalet takeout for 2 chicken dinners nothing fancy. Thank you for sharing I found your information interesting and very informative.
This really gets me thinking of where to relocate soon. I work as an online teacher and creating online courses and UA-cam videos, so I could do it there for sure! Just has to make sure the internet is strong.
IT'S so nice that you guys included your mum in your expenses. A whole monthly expenses of 1200. I can't believe that. I think that's my food bill here in the US.
Let me estimate our living expenses here. Mortgage 2,200, groceries 500, eating out 150 ( I mostly cook), gas 250 (2 cars my husband work is 45 mins), water and sewage 180, electric 150, shopping 200 (depends mostly my kids clothes and shoes), yard work 0 ( we have a big yard and I do it by myself because it can cost 1,000 to remove the leave 2x), snow plowing 105, sending money to PI 400 monthly, bought a deck paint, paint brush , tools- sanding 200 and 110 phone bills. Total is $4,435 and I can tell / estimate maybe when it's summer $4,000 due to we drive a lot and travel plus the food eating out for 4 person. We live in NE and cost of living here is higher than in the South. Also, we pay property tax 11k each year.

Hi guys. Sorry to hear about your puppy. I found that feeding the doggy’s boiled chicken feet with a little salt and a small piece a garlic improves their problem with the problems. My golden retriever was having major issues with her hip displacia. After feeding her 2 times a week chicken feet she got better after 3 weeks. Now I only feed her 1 a month for maintenance. Hello sis your vlog pop-up in my youtube so, I don't lose time to think but yes I watched your couple vlogs and it is very interesting this video of your expenses. Thank you for sharing. We just sold our house here in US because my husband is going to retire next year and we are moving for good in the Philippines next year. Currently we are renting a condo for a year . I am happy to know that you guys like it there in the Philippines. I hope this pandemic will end so that we could travel by then.
You guys are getting a good handle of your expenses. Remember to make the most of things we take for granted i.e. weather, beaches, security, good neighbors, etc.
Enjoy living in Philippines while both of you are young & healthy. Your total monthly expenses is less than half of the monthly rent of the apartment in BayArea in California ( moved now Las Vegas) probably now 2 bedrooms is $3000/month not to mention other bills such as utilities, groceries, internet & cable, gas & vehicles insurance etc. This is a good video, both my husband & I early retired from county gov’t. I’m considering living there in Philippines 9 to 10 months & travel here in the US during filing taxes.
Amazing and helpful vídeo. Can't wait for 2026, that's when I'll be stopping working at age of 50....and Philippines is in my list to visit and maybe ending up living there. Tks for all your help and support.

I'm hoping for the same thing I live in the United States and I have to say the land of the free is really turning into a crap hole if my plans work out when I retire and make it to the Philippines I have no plans to ever come back I'm single no family and no ties here
That's probably one of the more realistic (for me anyhow) budget reviews I've seen. Being Canadian it would work out to a bit more than $1,600.00 a month in our currency. A lot of the expenses you have we won't, but being as I'll want more western type food that will bump our costs up a lot.
@@moodd5917 thanks. At this point we have a couple of pretty good places to go and stay if we ever get back over. One of those is a condo in San Fernando, Pampanga and the other at the family home in the province of Iloilo. It never hurts to keep other options open though.

Thanks for the info, but really, I have been thinking about retiring there because I was born there. Main thing is to save money. The most important thing I am worried about is security. I have heard about riding in tandem , akyat bahay, etc. Another thing are lazy relatives who never run out of sad stories just to extract money out of us, balikbayans. So, instead of saving, you will end up supporting the whole clan! And they do come every month to shack up with you, eat you out of your house and home! I have been there, and done that! Not that I do not want to help, but in my case, I have a soft heart, and I'm afraid I would outlive my savings and retirement money there. How do you say no and still not to hurt their feelings? Please advise.
get away as far from your family then. build a house in a different region/island (where they would need to ride a plane) as for the security, (if you're planning to live in manila) those riding in tandem are only usually drug related so you should be fine. also, you can now again wear jewelry in the streets (again in manila), you can now again wear backpacks in the back =) petty crimes plummeted since the war on drugs started. vloggers can now film on the street without getting their camera stolen. im not saying it's crime free, but, it's a world's different from the previous admin. akyat bahay really depends on the location. i live in davao and that rarely ever happens. maybe once a year? and the culprit usually gets caught..
michael jake usman , I have thought about that too😜. I might live in Cebu instead of Manila. Also, not to tell them that you are living in the Philippines. Just vacationing😜 Live in a condo with gated security so no unexpected guests ever! I just really think that it is not fair to my american husband who worked very hard all his life be in a situation where some relatives will just bleed him of his hard earned money. I did support my family back home for many years with my own money while I was working, but enough is enough. It comes to a point that you are just being taken advantaged of , and that is not fair. Not to mention the stress that they bring to you with all their sad stories! And then, you see their FB accounts with their pictures in bars and restaurants, having a good time with their friends using your hard earned money! I even had a situation with a distant relative which I accepted on FB, never met them, or anything and then, they are asking me for money to pay for a passport application and overseas job application fee! Then they have the audacity to tell you that "this is the first time ever " that they are asking you for help! I never even met them in person! I just think that expats with a Pilipina wife should be very careful with their money. The wives often have a big heart and will always want to help out their relatives.
@@pristinv500 so sad... charity never ends; Filipino traits that very disappointing. Even if you have a ton of money, it's still not enough. I’m a Filipina and I agree that if you want to live in the Philippines stay away from relatives , don’t tell them about your financial status and learn how to say no . If you start loaning one , the next week you have ten in line to borrow money from you. They can manipulate you by telling you lots of sad stories. Better not to start. I praise you for letting your wife in on your budgeting, letting her talk. Men talk about western women and how pushy, money hungry we are. This people is what a man looks like! It’s called being equal in a relationship or marriage!
eh, she admits no money, plus need helping her family....vs basically hubby IS the budget, his pension does cover all this...but it is somewhat a stretch to call this kinda equal contribution. what i give you: most western women do dream of these type of marriages (too)! spending someone elses money not working, that is. only they bring increasingly little to the table in exchange...
@@zoltanl8056 this is the most ridiculous comment I’ve ever seen. Where I come from, most of the women I know work full time. They also do most of the housework and child care. I am about 10 years from retirement and our youngest is 7 years old so our life is in Texas for now. This is a very informative budget that will give other people an idea. The only thing I would mention is all the public transportation that is available. You can really get away with not having a car. A person can get by with Jeepney and Tricycle rides. Great video thanks for sharing some of the real world budgetary requirements for PI. Back in 08' I spent 4 days at the big hospital in Alabang in private room had a procedure done by a neurologist on L-4 vertebrae where they injected dye and pain meds into sciatic nerve canal, the dye was for imaging. I went to hospital by ambulance unable to walk, walked out 4 days later. I remember laying in the hospital bed worried at what the bill was gonna look like. I saw cardiologist, anesthesia, orthopedic, finally neurologist. Then when I was checking out, and got the bill I almost laughed. Total bill was like 58,000 pesos. All that would have been at least 9K to 15K USD in America probably more. My middle son was born in Philippines via c-section, total bill 32,000 pesos. Just FYI for others reading comments.
He is like me I put it down in excel format on my PC our expenses and our daily spences in pesos on our pension. Number one rule to retired no debt at all my house in US and Philippines are all paid including vehicles.
For me it depends on the women I am with, because I did try to live in the P.I. on and off from 1989 until 2001 and the women and their family's made it very hard for us to live in piece! I even open up real stores for them and it still wasn't enough for them. So I went back to the US and stayed their.
Yeah, it really makes a difference how the family sees you. Some of my friend's in-laws treat them as just another member of the family while some others see them as a walking ATM. My own in-laws are generally pretty good but on occasion get a bit greedy. It's my wife's job to shut them down when that happens. She tells them if they don't like how we help we can always stop!
Pamela Mallory They fought and scraped to survive is what many did. Remember that the average family income in the United States is $63,200/ year. In the Philippines it is $5,400/ year. I understand how SOME families would want to “cash in”. I don’t like it, but I understand it.
Pamela Mallory it’s not because we’re men. It’s because we are assumed to be much wealthier than them. We usually are. If the American was female the same would apply. That just rarely happens. It’s almost always a male American and a Filipina. In Philippine culture it’s generally a case of “what belongs to one belongs to the family” so they feel entitled to ask/demand their “share”. Not everyone is this way but quite a few are. I don’t mind helping since I consider them my family....just don’t get carried away. It seems weird to Americans because we come from a different, and often more selfish, culture with different ideas of personal vice group property.
Decent lifestyle for Foreigners in the Philippines for foreigners living in small town is $1,000 and City life minimum of $1,500 & up. The rent will eat up about 20-30%.

Aircon is a must-have for us older guys. Ours Meralco is about 3-5,000 a month in Silang Cavite depending on the time of year (3 bedrooms). Your pet like ours gets better healthcare than I do. 60K is not bad. We live on about 70K but we have monthly dues and two cars to feed.
That's true most people today have been having a lot of failure in Forex and crypto sector because of poor orientation and bad experts
I lost £23000 carelessly trading on a platform then I was referred to Mrs Elizabeth Audrey recovered the loss and made an extra profit of £46000
Wow I'm just shock you mentioned and recommended Expert Mrs Elizabeth I thought I'm the only trading with her
You don't need to be shock because I'm also a huge beneficiary of expert Mrs Elizabeth

You guys are amazing! some of the people that we know of that are having financial difficulties asking us for advice on how to save money and when we ask them how much is their monthly expenses they don't even know. The first step is to know your numbers like these guys are doing so you'll know if you are living beyond your means.
We have to monitor it specially were building our house

Thank you 🙏
It really depends on the life style you want to live.

Total is $4,435 and I can tell / estimate maybe when it's summer $4,000 due to we drive a lot and travel plus the food eating out for 4 person. Please advise.
get away as far from your family then. build a house in a different region/island (where they would need to ride a plane)
as for the security, (if you're planning to live in manila) those riding in tandem are only usually drug related so you should be fine.
also, you can now again wear jewelry in the streets (again in manila), you can now again wear backpacks in the back =)
petty crimes plummeted since the war on drugs started. vloggers can now film on the street without getting their camera stolen.
im not saying it's crime free, but, it's a world's different from the previous admin.
akyat bahay really depends on the location.
i live in davao and that rarely ever happens. maybe once a year? and the culprit usually gets caught..
michael jake usman , I have thought about that too😜.
@@retiredandhappyinphilippin3329 im in puerto galera, preety much everyone from other islands are still locked out unless ,you wanna go to a 2 week quarantine in calapan city, kinda rough price to pay for a vacation trip.but things are really kinda dead here no tourist at all except a few high rollers, lots and lots of resorts are closing things are rough for tourist industry folks down here now, but i can now go to white beach or anywere else and roam around and only be 2 or 3 people there .
That amount is very much affordable for us like me I'm already retired as well here in the UK and with my PENSION I could live very comfortably plus I have my own house there so Good Luck to you both
Omg! That is really cheap and affordable! Thinking about moving there now 🤪
Just for 2 vehicles and mortgage, I’m paying almost $4,000/mos 😱
Adding bills to that like utilities; water, electric, gas, car insurance, groceries, dog food (we have 2), sometimes vet visit, activities for my kiddo, dental (monthly braces maintenance), dental hygiene, eating out like almost every day ($50-$100) at the most/day...what else 😂
Approx, I’m paying $6,000-$6,500/mos it could be more 😬😏
Thanks for sharing! Shoot, that's very cheap compared to cost of living in the USA! Your total monthly for everything is just my rent. That's awesome!
I know right ,our rent in usa is $1500
If Someday I could reach my retirement age, living in the Philippines is my best choice due low expenditure especially living in the province.
$5,500 is our expenses here in State mortgage included, aside from $1500 for miscellaneous so 7,000 monthly and that’s an average lifestyle. I need to work to help out. I’m really done here. Can’t wait to just live there permanently and just come for a visit.
Geraldine Heimy follow your dream
Bring little to the table? It is men that bring little to the table, thinking that all they need to do is work and take no responsibility for anything else. And all the women I know that work choose to work. Not one of them wishes to be “kept” by anyone. Are you time travelling from the 1950’s?
@@Lollipop_Lexi if that is the most ridiculous ever, time to read more, get out more, experience more. Either you try to desperately exaggerate it to sound more, or I just feel sorry for your sad life, bcos there is countless lot more ridiculous things and comments around.
Same here in Laguna enjoying the low cost of living compared to the east coast where we came from. . We retired here in 2007 and look it's 2021 already!
I bet you dont miss the expenses there, imagine our expenses in seattle 🙄

I think Laguna might be a nice place to retire.
@@Amen.22 Yes, in Laguna there are places that are comfortable to live speaking of temperature. Very convenient to everything too!
Great Video. I met my wife in Batangas back in 07', got married in 09' and built a 70 sqm. 2BR house in Negros Oriental in her home town that same year. We now have 3 children and live in Texas.
Prices changes in 10yrs,
Public transport is a "no go" if you don't like hassles, pick pockets and pickup lines. Some of the ladies can be really "bold".
Greetings guys. Just started watching and enjoyed the video. Will look for more. ***US Veteran from Laguna.
Thanks for sharing your video great channel. we will be moving there soon from the USA Nice meeting other couples like us
Goodluck on your big move
He is like me I put it down in excel format on my PC our expenses and our daily spences in pesos on our pension. Number one rule to retired no debt at all my house in US and Philippines are all paid including vehicles.
For me it depends on the women I am with, because I did try to live in the P.I. on and off from 1989 until 2001 and the women and their family's made it very hard for us to live in piece! I even open up real stores for them and it still wasn't enough for them. So I went back to the US and stayed their.
I love being single but I understand love is important... single is cheap!
:)))))
Better buy a house in philippines 🇵🇭 can do assume most likely it will be rent to own. ❤️
Me and wife really save a lot with it.
Yes its better to own thats why were building
But cant be the owner to a ground only Philipina Citizen
Excellent video guys. Thank you for your post, very helpful and informative. I think that you both have a great attitude and look forward to seeing more of your videos.
Thank you 😉
That is terrific. The VA is one thing I would need to use. retired Air Force living in AZ.
VA is only for retired Philipinno military not for American citizens
Your U.S. VA you could actually used if you need hospitalization by flying to Guam which is only 3 hrs & 40minutes away from MNL.

@@joescheller6680, Wrong. I'm an American, 90% service- connected and use the VA in the Philippines. But, they only treat service-connected disabilities.
I think I pay like $750.00 each year for my German Shepherds health plan at PetSmart. This doesn't cover like surgeries just shots and regular visits and one dental cleaning.
Thank you both for the information, I'm thinking of retirement there, I'm trying to get an idea what I'll need. Your information is much appreciated.
Same here Bro , definitely have to visit and see for myself 🐧

Very good informative video. Wow. That put everything into perspective.
My Medication would cost about 50.00 a day in the Philippines. In the US it’s about .50 a day. So to live in the Philippines i would have to fly to Guam or Hawaii every month to get my meds.

You won’t need to just settle on a 35+ year old. There you can meet lots of beautiful women in their 20’s. Some will have kids already. In fact most do. You’ll see. $2500 a month is good. You can even live in Makati (nicest part of Manila) where I lived for eleven years. As I mentioned in another posting, if you buy a condo for at least $45,000 or more, then you are entitled to a permanent resident visa. Too. I got one. It’s great to have. I had a woman help get me one. It’s a nice law for foreigners.

these numbers highly depends on where and how you live....I live in Quezon City....compare to my single live in Quezon City (no drinking and girls) i spent average of PHP60k in 2 weeks... Aircon is a must-have for us older guys. Ours Meralco is about 3-5,000 a month in Silang Cavite depending on the time of year (3 bedrooms).
