  • scary fast 125cc lifan occ chopper. this thing does 60 mph I'm pretty sure. whole lot of power.

    I've ridden plenty of bikes with no brakes but never with a motor.

      Just because your bicycle doesn't brakes you have default Flintstone brakes equipped

      Look up "motorized bike hub adapter"
      They come in different sizes so measure your hub.

    Does it feel like it stalls when you downshift because I made the same exact 125cc chopper bike and mine feels like it kicks too hard in first gear and then stalls when I slow down

      Mine does not do that. Do more oil changes more often and your transmission should loosen up a bit new lifans always shift hard.

    did you have to do any welding or any custom stuff? or did you just but parts and slap em together?

      Had to chop the frame up and make room for the motor. Then welded motor mounts so yes alot of fabrication

      motor usually comes with carb read the deescription before you buy one online though.

      Sorry to keep bugging you but do I need to make sure the rear sprocket is 428 chain. Or is a 420 chain sprocket fine. I've heard that 420 is fine but I'm not sure

      Ya gotta cut out the seat post for the motor (his is a 125cc) to fit.

      An 80cc motor fits perfectly within the frame without any frame modification. You just need motor mounts.

      Just motorized bike throttle and gas tank also a motorized bike rear sprocket on the rear wheel. I would weld a flat plate on the bottom of the frame and use the 4 bolts on the bottom of engine to mount

      You and I think alike! I would never build a 2-stroke Bike, this is the only way to go! Ya put the biggest 4-stroke motor you can on it and never have to even open it up, cuz you have more than enough power!!@@whiskeethrottlerproduction3735

    Did you have any issues with the bearings. I know they aren't meant to go 55/60.

      Evan Warner bearings held up ok the bike took the abuse pretty well. But my friend crashed it after I sold it

      Rambooo all custom. Bought a 125cc lifan motor and slapped it in the occ chopper. Not hard but not for novice builders either
