Kenny I love your content, bro! You run an agency the right way. Networking and building referral partners is critical. I struggle with this to some degree. You mentioned real estate agents. I sell Health/Medicare/life here in Indianapolis, and never know what value I can add to someone like a real estate agent aside from just helping them personally. How do you introduce yourself to the degree of adding value to these folks so that you get referrals. Same goes for the events you attend? What is your talk track for these folks to work cooperatively in getting referrals? Thanks! Keep up the amazing videos!
Thanks for the kind words, I am always 100% myself. I ask as many questions as possible to fact find and just listen. People love talking about themselves and you can learn a lot that can help you with asking for the referral.
Hi Sean, I'm in Indianapolis too! I just left the Real Estate world to go into Property and Casualty ins. I'm currently working on getting my ins license. I turn 65 this year and wow, am I ever getting slammed with calls and texts. As a realtor, maybe partner with an estate attorney and do a presentation for real estate offices about Medicare and the different programs offered. Talk about the difference bt Supplemental and Advantage programs. Lots of realtors are getting up there and have clients who are too. Instead of trusting someone who sends a random text, you can be that local face and name! Best of luck!
Thank you for this I recently got my license and now looking for those next steps to gain business. This is so helpful.
Best of luck!
