I agree with you but you should be grateful we are getting this footage . If you don’t actually have a channel or put the work in to show consumers this kind of footage you should probably be quiet. Editing is a learning curve video by video & if these tubers don’t bring it to us then you wouldn’t even have a video to post under to criticize on anything . Respectfully
FLX10 in stand alone would be $$$$ to overhaul. First off it would need a processor system, then a screen, USB ports for sticks and then they would have to abandon Serato for Rekordbox and many Pioneer fanboys (not one myself) wouldn't like that.

And you know as well as I do---Pioneer is all into making $$$$ and doesnt give 2 shits about what dj's really want. Its all about the price points. The FLX is only $1500 and the XZ is $2400. Add the features of a FLX10 added to the XZ and it would be out of control. You may as well pick up a couple XDJ1000's or used CDJ2000NXS2's. Because controllers are integrated and break and why spend $$$$ fixing a controller when you can buy a new one. Thats why I still use CDJ style of controllers. When one breaks I still can use the other. Peace!
Virtual DJ i think is a really good software. I been using it for over 5 years and they are constantly updating and improving. The Opus Quad could’ve been a bigger hit, If Pioneer had allow Opus Quad to be fully usable without having to analyze the data stick in records box, before you can use it in stand alone mode
I have the Omnis-Duo its nice, but doesn't work well at all when its dark. None of the knobs or anything else lights up. Just the pads. Makes things kinda hard to see at certain venues.
The exact same gear that will be demoed at DJ expo next month. Release a replacement for your 2016 tech xdj1000 mk2 and the now ancient as hell djm 750mk2 not everyone wants yet another controller. The mid range market is a gaping hole in the product line of this brand so clearly in decline.
@jeroennietdoen79 it’s all about access to music you need in seconds and you don’t have to worry about space. As DJs we have ideas and we have to deliver fast in the moment! Timing is everything for a DJ and streaming is an amazing feature that can set you apart from the avg DJ.

Pioneer Dj brand will continue to release the standard club gear like DJMs and CDJs.Alpha theta (a brand under Alpha theta the company) essentially will be releasing some newer designs and concepts like the opus quad and that new rotary mixer.

Pioneer equipment sucks I had pioneer equipment pioneer cnt even fix there own equipment when it breaks I had 4 pioneer cd burners at 500. Each they started not to work sent to pioneer they couldn't fix it or any of my pioneer equipment wouldn't buy pioneer ever.

They need to update the xdj -1000 mk2 firmware, make it more efficient. I know this has nothing to do with the new gear. But support the older stuff
