As some one who has just started doing this to his own s1 rx8 I am glad this is coming out now! I think I have a slightly nicer to work with kit than what you are using as the front fender is a replacement part on mine but your guidance on the back flares will be invaluable especially with the fuel filler on the other side !!

Will be honest here, I thought this is going to be another crap widebody job like almost every other US youtubers do, leaving the whole underbody to rot in months. Can't say how refreshing it was to see you are doing properly! Instant sub!
I cut for my flares on the z hours before I was driving it from Miami to Daytona for the 500, so I didn’t weld and seam seal, I just sent it. 4 years later it’s still like that, I have to seal it up back there but at least it doesn’t see the elements👌

Im a Rx7 and Rx8 owner and i was cool with the build till he said they were installing bags. Guessing they Vape as well? XD lost total interest in this build now

Why do you never protect the glass when grinding so close to them?
In my experiance the sparks have left marks on the glass when grinding.

I'm currently saving for a 2015 Subaru WRX in Crystal white with the 6 speed manual and carbon black interior.
just got an rx8 pz, just make sure you premix and know how to actually look after the engine and it will last ages, I don't know where you are but they're getting very cheap in the uk, I got mine for just over 1k with a blown engine and then 2.2k to rebuild the engine.
