There are 9 weeks with 9 shows and 9 well knows artists. Diana is the youngest artist. They had to sing songs from 9 genres. The last TV show was on 20. november 2021. The 9 artists are also the judges for the other singer. And Diana (18 yo) won this competition. She shocked the other singers with the first song. There she finally found love ... by Irina Ponik, a massage therapist who treated the children from the children's home. Diana came to a poor but loving family when she was 5 years old. Diana spoke badly, cried a lot and was still very scared, but she could all sing songs from cartoons. A doctor recommended singing lessons. And so, the singing teacher Elena Kazantseva discovered Diana's talent. And all started … Diana has something primal, mystical, but also sensitive and sensual in her voice and she lives her songs. Diana is a dramatic contralto, the rarest and lowest female voice type (her range C3-D6). Diana's voice also sometimes has a polyphonic undertone. You hear: Her voice sounds an octave below the singing voice. (But not everyone can hear that.) Diana also has a perfect pitch and her sense of rhythm was exceptional even as a little girl. Diana impressed with her talent in over 50 national and international competitions. In 2018 and 2019 Diana entered a unique competition and won twice. I had to subscribe just for this reaction alone. I really enjoyed this. Diana is a true contralto, like American pop singer Cher (1970s to now). Diana's covers are ALWAYS interesting. One of my many favorite performances of hers is Derniere Dance; she has covered that awesome song many times. My favorite version was at the Kremlin because along with her stunning vocals, there is a high-tech screen behind her that gives visuals as good as what happened here. The other performances were at less techie venues, one of which was on a televised competition show (but her vocals are ALWAYS on point no matter which version you decide to look at!). While she was at the Kremlin she was not in competition so there was no extra tension. :)

Diana was born in May 2003 in the Far East of Russia. She didn't have a happy start in life. The woman who gave birth to her had 12 pregnancies, only Diana survived ... and she abused the child and tried to drown it. One day this 3 year old child was found at a bus stop with a broken collarbone and taken to an orphanage. There she finally found love ... by Irina Ponik, a massage therapist who treated the children from the children's home. Diana came to a poor but loving family when she was 5 years old.
Diana spoke badly, cried a lot and was still very scared, but she could all sing songs from cartoons. A doctor recommended singing lessons. And so, the singing teacher Elena Kazantseva discovered Diana's talent. And all started …
Diana has something primal, mystical, but also sensitive and sensual in her voice and she lives her songs. Diana is a dramatic contralto, the rarest and lowest female voice type (her range C3-D6). Diana's voice also sometimes has a polyphonic undertone. You hear: Her voice sounds an octave below the singing voice. (But not everyone can hear that.) Diana also has a perfect pitch and her sense of rhythm was exceptional even as a little girl.
Diana impressed with her talent in over 50 national and international competitions.
In 2018 and 2019 Diana entered a unique competition and won twice. This project is unique in the world, an international TV- competition: 'You are Super', especially for adopted and orphaned children.
The winner of the season will be determined by a 6-day public vote and the final took place in the Kremlin Palace and her videos were uploaded to UA-cam and soon she had millions of fans.
The project producers help the finalists start their studies and encourage their creativity. Diana won a scholarship.
Igor Krutoy, here as a juror, gave her a small apartment (37m²/398,26 ft²) in Moscow. There, in the small flat she lives with her mother and grandmother and was able to begin her vocal training with the best teachers.
2020 Diana graduated from high school with honors as an external student a year earlier than it is 'normal'. That alone shows how smart and hardworking she is.
She applied to music colleges and was rejected (examiners suspected she had a voice defect). But she is totally normal and healthy. Now she is a student at the university, at the legendary Russian State Institute for Theater and Variety Arts. I had to subscribe just for this reaction alone. I really enjoyed this. Diana is a true contralto, like American pop singer Cher (1970s to now).
Diana's covers are ALWAYS interesting. One of my many favorite performances of hers is Derniere Dance; she has covered that awesome song many times. My favorite version was at the Kremlin because along with her stunning vocals, there is a high-tech screen behind her that gives visuals as good as what happened here. The other performances were at less techie venues, one of which was on a televised competition show (but her vocals are ALWAYS on point no matter which version you decide to look at!). While she was at the Kremlin she was not in competition so there was no extra tension. :)

Due to her extra-large larynx, pharynx, and wide jaw, she is also able to sing two separate notes at the same time which gives the impression of a "woofer" Considering she was mute up to 5 years of age, due to abuse from her mother who tried to drown her then abandoned her on the streets in the winter, with a broken collar bone. She was adopted and given voice lessons by her adoptive mother, including yodeling to help her to speak.
