    The making of eco-concrete hollow blocks (CHB) uses crushed glass bottles using a Waste Crusher Machine and pulverized recovered plastics from residual wastes using a Waste Pulverizing Machine.
    What is hollow block used for?
    Hollow blocks are often used to build large structures like boundary fences. The reduced volume of concrete used to make each block adds up to a significant savings in cost for the materials for the whole wall. Their lighter weight also makes them easier to lift.
    The eco-hollow blocks can be used for your landscaping, small building, pigpen, flower boxes, etc.

    Because it has some plastic- have you tried torching it? To prove if it is fire-proof?

      Yes sir. It is more stronger.. we just use plastics for plastic waste reduction. Thanks for ur comment and suggestion.

    What about when the block's were ever they have been justed, are been delomist we still have the plastic you can't just again. Never mix plastic with other material.

    You are making two mistakes. You shouldn't be using water and you should be heating up both the plastic and the dirt.

  • @petersensson8815
    @petersensson8815 11 місяців тому

    You shouldn't add the plastic into the hallow blocks. It will create a lot of micro plastic in the environment later when recycling the hallow blocks into gravel. I.e you need to think about how your product can be recycled.

    I used to live near a place that does exactly the same thing. The amount of noise the work produces was many times a bit too much. Can anyone tell me if the finer particles cause air quality problems?
    I mean yeah this is eco-friendly, but is it also friendly to the lungs of the people in the surrounding area? We were literally next door neighbors. It was in an area where there were more residential houses than businesses.

      seems more of a zoning problem.

    This is not proper. If you only use crushed plastic waste with glass powder, you heat it and can make molds. But only use solar energy for heating. Then it will be 100% eco-friendly.
