It's called aircrete. Foaming agent added to the mix. Some companies also add expanded Styrofoam. You can literally recycle Styrofoam by shredding and adding it to the mix. Aircrete has good insulating qualities. Not for structural support but you can build walls if you got structural columns. You can pour them into panel shape and add rebar for structural support and use the panels for fencing. If you don't need a second floor you can use aircrete blocks to build a bungalow in the tropics where roofing structure is usually light.

It’s apparently hard to do, so they get credit for that, but lots of people make this (believe it’s called aircrete with the foam) and my guess is that they weren’t the inventors. It apparently takes just the right mixture and handling to work.

Safety boots protect noncompetent (stupid) workers and put more money in boot-making and boot-certifying business-owners' pockets than into the workers'. Yes, our western civilization has the boots, but no one knows how to make the affordable bricks any more.

This is foamed cement, it is not nearly as strong as regular concrete but it is light weight and very insulative. It appears that they are adding in fibers that help reinforce it as it dries to make it stronger by resisting cracking as it is drying but it is still not nearly as strong as what most think of when we think of concrete. The thing that makes this light and insulative is that there are millions of tiny bubbles in it that create air pockets, this is done with foam created by a chemical similar to dish soup that is added to the mix but unlike regular concrete this has no stone aggregate or large rocks and little if any sand just portland cement, water and the foam mixture that contains the air bubbles. The density and strength can vary from extremely light and weak to a medium density and strength and that medium strength is what I suspect the mixture in this video is made from.

I had the oportunity to visit a cellular blocks factory in Medgidia, Romania. there were 5 employees sitting at buttons, you coudn't figure out who's the CEO and who's the employee....All the production work you saw in this video was made in like 10 seconds, automatically. They were pouring in some hidraulic containers, wich later would open releasing a 5 cubic metres block on a machine wich was cutting it in smaller blocks, also loading them on pallets of 1 cubic meter each....impressive.

@@lettybromenschenkel5807 I see, It's just that I keep seeing these alternative methods for building cheaply but they never go into the actual expected lifetime or how they age. This seems to be the case even when Self-Proclaimed Engineers do videos on these building methods lol. I would also expect that to be the #1 topic in relation to these methods since nobody wants to build something only for it to fall apart 6-months down the road or collapse on them while they are sleeping.

It's dangerous stuff, they collapse when used in construction. Here in England they used "Aircrete" as it's known 30-50 years ago to build schools or school 'extensions' Cheaply! They're now falling down and have to be torn down and rebuilt as they're crumbling! Dangerous stuff!

@@ARUNKUMAR-eu5wd Hello, Sorry, I didn't got what exactly 💯 you mean.
Curbstone is mainly the concrete edges.
Cement Blocks are under finishing of buildings, to split the skeleton of building structure into rooms , bathrooms, etc.
When we use hollow blocks usually each have lines of hollows to decrease cement and weigh of block , can be used internally, this eases electric cable structuring & also plumbing. for sanitary ware assembly.
Foam blocks made by foam concrete blocks are new in the short floors building, max 2 floors ground & one floor without mezzanine floor.
To use foam blocks in high buildings the building skeleton structure should be studied which may increase costs of building structure faze and not that equal finishing faze includes internal foam c. block walling.
      Sorry for long comment.
