Savio is a Patriot.
Some clarification: Meitei do not want to go to hill to live. Meitei want the valley to be protected because the influx of non Manipuri is so high and they are freely allowed to own land. And the Imphal valley is not 10% if you see the habitable area it is only around 8% since 2% is covered by Loktak Lake. And Kukis cannot have blanket claim over hills, many areas of land are reserved forest and no one allowed to settle there but kukis are setting up illegal settlement inside those reserve forest. And since 2017, they have cleared around 900sq km of forest in hill areas for poppy cultivation which is quite alarming given the size of the whole state and the manifestion of climate change is hugely felt in a very short amount of time. Manipur climate was moderate at around 30 to 33 degree celcius in summer but now reaching 36, 37. This may not sound much but along with high humidity, in terms of wet bulb temperature it is a critical level rise of temperature.

Meitei cannot own land in hilly areas whereas Kukis Or Nagas can own land in 10℅ of central Valley land of Manipur. Most of the white collar job of the state is control by Kukis through reservation process. Meitei becoming ST is considered as threat for snatching job and land from them. Kukis in fact infiltrated in Manipur at large scale through porous boarder.
That's what every meitei says.. Explain to me the SC/OBC quota meitei has and explain why every hospital and educational centre are set up at imphal and why is the valley using the fund of the hills?

the meiteis can buy the land back if the land is sold again.
I was 12-13 years old, staying at Imphal, khoyathong, and I see the marwaris, Punjabis, Bengalis owning huge big buildings. Thangal bazar, paona bazar is no more meiteis now.
In Manipur, the rich meiteis becomes richer but the poor continues to struggle day to day basis.
Every where, govt offices or non govt, I go, I see scams and bribes and corruption.

So, tell me did anyone from UKHRUL/Tamrnglong, Noney, Chandel, tengnoupal etc. went to churchandpur hospital by skipping Imphal base hospitals. SO stop nagging once in your life and think twice, Imphal is a capital, moreover, it lies in the centre of the state, the nearest point to connect every districts in manipur is IMPHAL. It seems you cannot differentiate between imphal, the capital and imphal valley,the landscape. Haobung illegal immgrants always have a mindset that the entire imphal valley has world class infrastructure, like any developed country and the hills are like congo or somalia, underdevelop countries. In the imphal valley there are also many poor peoples and many village roads were in the bad conditons. Whenever, you visit the valley, you only see the imphal capital, seeing that obviously you think all the meiteis are living a luxurious lifestyle, but what about those meiteis on the outskirt of imphsl??.
Instead, ask your MLA/MINISTERS to conduct healthy debate and discussion during the assembly session. Your 20 mlas,ministers are not there only to collect salary and provoke war against us, they were also part of the government. if meiteis mlas are corrupt your haothu mlas are also equally corrupt.
ASK YOURSELF,WHY PRIVATE ENTERPRISES are lot less in the hills compare to the valley??? It is because many anti social elements like exortions, illegal taxes from the highways are doing on regular basis for decades. But in IMPHAL, many of them, undergrounds were neutralized during Ibobi's period, even many innocents were also got killed. Imagine, If similar incidents happened in the hills, like capturing your insurgents, for how many days your HAOTHU people will blockade the NHwys.
If you want development from the government followed by private enterprises follow the laws and respect the law enforcers BUT NOT THE THIBAIKON TERRORIST/DRUG LORD. If you still support those THBAIKONS, just ask them to develop your own infrastructure, because for decades they are collecting many illegal taxes.

Also, the two Kuki women were never raped as they have confessed to several media instead they were SAVED by the MEETEI WOMEN . THE MEETEIS ARE NEVER ONE SIDED . THEY STAND STRONGLY AGAINST SUCH SOCIAL INJUSTICE. But ironically, NO KUKIS BOTH MEN AND WOMEN HELPED THE MEETEI WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO WERE RAPED OPENLY ON MAY 3RD . Also, they murdered two students, one boy and one girl mercilessly. The girl was underage but it was said that the Kuki terrorist severely RAPED her. Sir, one of the main causes of Manipur problem is BJP government's war on drugs. Second, ST reservations to Kukis has large population in Law Enforcement agencies. Manipur police, Assam rifles etc, which ensured partiality in control of situation.

Why can’t the government destroy all the drugs plantations and distribute them food as is done in other places. Sale of drugs may be their source of income for food and shelter. If they are given food and shelter and create jobs for their living the problems in Manipur may be solved. Speeches given by the priests or politicians doesn’t help them solve the hunger and poverty.

When govt work for the welfare of all communities equally, no one will be willing to cultivate poppy. Even the poppy cultivator also knows very well that its illegal and bad for health as well but when there is no other options they are compelled to do so cuz it provide them good income. If govt provide alternative livelihood for them and provide equal development for the hill people as well no one will do such thing. So govt is to be blamed. And they are also involved in this business
Please note - cultivating poppy generates many more income than any other crops. But using a lot of common salt and urea fertilizer completely destroys the soil which they never care.

If so the Armed Forces would have done it years ago. You may get rid of the looted arms but you can't stop the supply of arms, period. Meiteis and Nagas are the indigenous communities of Manipur. Kuki came in Manipur in mid 1800s as refugees. The main reason behind the violence are,
1) kuki want to create kukiland by disintegrating Manipur which has more than 3000 yrs of history.
2) recent arrivals of illegal immigrants that belongs to kuki community and enjoying ST quote as well
3) Suspension of Operation between Kuki militants and Govt of India in which kuki militants get upper hands for cultivating poppy and expansion of narco terrorists activities
4) Distortion of 3000yrs old history of Manipur by kuki scholars by creating or scripting new kuki history e.g. Anglo kuki war(which was not happened)
5) Destruction of forest by kuki for cultivation of poppy which lead to drastically change in ecosystem and environment
6) popping of New unauthorised kuki villages (more than 3000) which clearly indicates that illegal immigrants have been settling and enjoying in Manipur.
7) During the so called Peaceful rally against the ST demand of Meitei, kuki militants with sophisticated weapons attacked against Meitei. (The reason why meitei were being forced to took arms)
Everyone should examine the timeline of violence that happened? The violence didn't happened only on 3rd May 2023, initially it was happened in April 27th 2023 were kuki people burnt Meitei temples and government properties. And on the 3rd May itself, kuki mobs burnt govt Forest office in noon time and in the evening kuki started to burnt meitei house which were located near the kuki settlements. After that meitei retaliated in the late evening of same day.
And the last valid point i must mention here is that, no Nagas were involved in this violence because Nagas are very much indigenous like Meitei and they know meitei and nagas are of same historical and cultural shareholders of Manipuri kingdom unlike some refugees and illegal immigrants.
