If the separatists still had that technology, they would have easily won the war. Their sheer numbers already had at a massive advantage. (minus the palpatine factor)
My question is who was able to create that kind of technology and having that kind of shield it’s a combination of a ray shield and a droidekia shield I just have no idea how someone was able to pull it off
honestly i hate comics like these because they expect us to belive that after making it to the prototype stage the separatist just decided to give up on the ship instead of attempting to improve it. had they figured out a way to make it so their weapons could damage the ships shields it would have explained why the separatist did not use the design since by doing this it would be made obsolete. but just having them give up on such a powerful ship because it is weak to jedi is stupid. every thing is weak to jedi in star wars!!! anakin freaking destroyed a lurhulk as a kid ffs and they did not scrap that design. rather they improved apon it and continued to use it for the entirety of the clone wars. only now with a little anti anikan shield guarding its blow up spot.
They built structures that could float in the atmosphere of the gas giant, and they lived there. For example, Cloud City was built on the gas planet of Bespin. It floats in Bespin's atmosphere.

I think, with enough upgrades and modern weapons, the Droid Army would’ve defeated the Galactic Empire
