Since this time i saw few specialists, but nothing worked to put my jaw at normal. I will try your exercices. Do you have a recommandation for a taping for the jaw about my case ? Have a good day 🙂

Hi! I'm really enjoying your channel and wanted to know if you had a video of diet and what foods to eat to minimize Lymphedema fluid. I also would like to know how I would figure out if I have Lymphedema. I asked my Dr. and she said there is no test for it.
i have 1-2 videos on diet, yes. and for tests: Lymphoscintigraphy and ICG are the ways to test lymphatics right now. They aren't readily available, but most larger hospital systems have access to them.
I got my wisdom tooth removed a couple days ago and now I can't open my mouth at all , I can open it for like 2 cm. It's painful when I force it and it still doesn't open up. Please help what should I do? I'm so worried
@supernova5618 Oh, okay now, after 6 days, my jaw started to regain it's function and now I'm back to normal, Jaw exercises and messages helped a lot at the time, singing also helped .
@kindofher-2169 i got my wisdom tooth removed 5 days ago and I can barely open my mouth, what kind of exercises and massages did you do? cuz the ones in the video hurt af
@s.m1888 any kind of exercise you're comfortable with, but all of them will be hard at the start, for me I forced myself to talk alot, sing alot, and I did alot of messaging, message the area gently don't force it, and do it alot

When I do the last exercise it's uncomfortable and my jaw pops 🙁
