People don't like change. MP1 and 2 were all your typical noir feeling game, set in NYC. Max Payne 3's setting in Brazil was vastly different, and people thought it wasn't as good. Personally, I think the way Rockstar wrote the storyline was spot on. Yeah there were excessive cutscenes, but they truly allowed you to take in the surroundings. And of course, Max Payne 3 has gameplay elements that can't be topped. Bloody and gruesome bullet wounds, bullet cam, and an epic soundtrack.

We do not need a Max Payne 4. This game was almost perfect, and it's flaws are beautiful. I'll never forget getting this game at launch, and underage drinking warm Budweiser bottles to immerse, even know Max Payne drinks whiskey. Pretty much took over my lil bruvs PC and I remember genuinely apologizing to him for doing that and him stopping me and saying, "No dude this is an experience and it is O K".
