Not sure if your still halving start up issues but you might wanna try adding fuel in the tune at around 0-1000 rpm I’m also not a tuner but yeah maybe

I just want to point out your AFR meter is not working, look up other videos of AFR meters and you will see that none of them will be dead steady 14,7 So in fact you or the ecu has no idea which AFR you are running now which we all know can lead to 2 weeks in the garage throwing wrenches and contemplating life. Keep up the good work!!
I knew the afr wasn’t working in this video because I just burned it out because I touched a wire on the wrong spot but I do have a new AFR in the car now! 👍
@@CJrekrap i got one more question for you, i noticed that your nb came with 2 o2 sensors as well (one on the exhaust manifold and one on the exhaust) , which connector did you use for input back to ecu from the wideband gauge? i'm still on the stock ecu but i'm putting my standalone in very soon, just wanna make sure it doesn't matter which one you use, i used the one on the exhaust manifold because i plan on driving the car around stockish for a bit until my turbo stuff comes in. right now my car throws a code for the o2 sensor that i replaced with the wideband. from my research it is because the one that i had taken out is actually lamda sensor and wideband can't communicate with the stock ecu. just wanted to see if you have any input?
