    I too tried other Viet Namese Lemongrass Pork Chop recipes and this one is on the spot broke the mouth ono deeelicous! I made this for our anniversary meal and it was a success. Thank you for sharing your recipe!

    Tried your recipe yesterday and it was yummy. I don't cook much but love to do anything with grill since my husband does the grilling😊 so marinading meat and grill is perfect. Thank you! We have a great dinner.

    I've tried other lemongrass pork chop recipes, but the ratios have been off. This is a DELICIOUS authentic Vietnamese restaurant quality lemongrass pork chop recipe!!! (I'm Vietnamese BTW) Soooo good! Thank you for sharing! I will be trying your other recipes. And the little cooking tips on your website are very helpful.

    Nice. I simplified by leaving out the honey and oyster sauce, worked just fine. I wish I could get a hold of really fresh lemongrass like you did in this video. Thanks for recipe.

      Hi Leonardm sorry for the late reply. Sure you can tenderize the chops but that depends on the type of pork chop and the thickness. Thin chops usually don't need tenderizing. Happy cooking~Mai

    hi there: how do i measure if the pork chops are cooked through? how much time and heat temperature did u use in the video? do u have the recipe of fish sauce vinegarette? thanks!

      Hi Davis thanks so much for watching and the great questions. The grill temp is set to medium high which gives a cooking temp of 300 degrees. Cooking time for our medium thick pork chops is 12 minutes per side. Cook until no pink meat remains.       +OJ Delos Reyes Not really, they both add different types of sweet flavors. Honey is much more light and brown sugar gives it a deeper flavor.
