Wow! This thing is BREATHTAKING! Even with the attachments the price is still unbeatable. Great job REP! I plan on getting a fantastic REP 1100 model rack.
Hey everyone! Thanks for all the awesome feedback on the REP PR-4000! We've even added several featured customer racks on the bottom or our PR-4000 page. One note about this video: around 50 seconds in, we talk about our 3rd option cross member length: Going from 24" to 30" to 41" cross-members which gives you upright to upright total length of 30", 36" and 47" - TOTAL UPRIGHT TO UPRIGHT LENGTH. The plates on the feet add a bit more footprint - length and width. If you're curious about dimensions and total footprint, make sure to check out our PR-4000 page and see one of the first couple photos under the main image - it'll be the dims one which clearly shows how much height or width all the options add - our cable attachment, upgraded multi-grip pull up bar, front feet, and more all add some inches. If you have any questions about it, give us a ring at 720-420-1731 - we love talking power racks!
This may be the best thought out rack out there. Like that it has a lat attachment, those used to be common but are now hard to find on good quality racks. The different size options are really nice and the custom colors aren't too expensive. Would like to see a video on how easy it is to move each of the various safeties.
I’ve had this rack for 2 months now, absolutely love it! I went with the flip down safeties and sandwich j cups to protect my Stainless steel deep knurl bar! 💪💪
Lots of differences... main ones will be 5/8th holes vs 1" holes. Closer hole pattern through the push/pull area of the uprights. If the main thing you're concerned about is lat pull down and low rows - either option will work! You can get the plate loaded option or the Ares. repfitness.com/collections/rack-attachments
Great info👌👍 I’m about to get a power rack in the very near future, and will of course do a review on it👊 I’m looking at the PR-5000 but many options and attachments are not currently in stock. Do you know when you’ll be fully stocked to customize any rack? Thanks.
We didn't realize how popular our PR-5000 V2 and PR-4000 would be! Working hard on getting all the options in stock. If you have a dream list of gear, shoot it over to info@repfitness.com - we'll give you ETA's and make it happen.
The clear coat has a similar durability to our metallic finishes. The steel is hand ground down for a unique finish with a clear coat application on it. It's amazing in person. You will not be disappointed.
Sam: I’m researching racks, one reason I’m watching your video along with the numerous others on UA-cam. Since you’re in product development, I’d like to see you guys come out with a quick pin release adjustable pull up bar that could be moved rapidly up and down the uprights. While I still lift weights I also like to incorporate body weight exercises and an quick adjust bar would be ideal for me and probably many others. If you already had that attachment I’d have already purchased either the PR-4000 or 5000. Let me know if this is something REP could come out with.
Can I get the tall (92 inch?) version and mount the crossbeams/pull-up bar low? My current basement isn't tall enough to fit the full height, but the uprights can stick up beyond the bottom of my joists for now until I move to a taller space.
I really don’t plan on bolting the pr-4000 rack into the concrete so is there a way I can secure it without bolting? Like do I need plywood or something underneath and bolt into that? If so, what exactly should I get? Also, when will the front foot extensions be back in stock in case I do need it?
Hey! So you can custom build your PR-5000 and PR-4000 racks. Choosing weight storage, height, depth, j-cups, color, and sooo much more. Check out our site! (note: we are opening up these racks for pre-orders later this week... see our home page!)
Which ones are easier and more convinient to use the Flip down safeties or the strap safeties for rep fitness rack? What are the advantages or disadvantages of using one vs the other one?? Also should I get pr4000 or PR 5000 vr2 rack? I can also get the same attachments the PR 5000v2 for the PR 4000 right?
Just ordered your FB-5000. Plan to get the PR-4000 next. My basement ceiling is 9' so I'm leaning toward the 80". But at a little over 6'3" do you think it would be too tight a squeeze?
You will still have a bit of clearance with the 80" rack at your height, but with a 9' ceilings, the 93" would still work well. Keep in mind with the 80", you will likely just have to pull your knees up a bit for any pull-up movements.
I know this is 3 years old, but I’m hoping for advice. The garage I have available for a rack is 96 inches. But available space for it with the garage door is about 84 inches. With the multi grip pull up bar, how tall would the 80in option be?
I have Titan X-2. Used it for about 6 months and very happy with it until..this PR-4000 is now available (1/8/21). Should I change it? I don't have a big problem with my Titan rack - 24-inch depth (I only hit a few times once in a while). It's wriggly, but it's still durable. Do I want to spend another $1200 - $1500 to upgrade my rack? I cannot decide...
I mean... we're all about upgrading ;) Email info@repfitness.com and our customer service team would be happy to help you out and explore your options!
I am planning to get the 80 ' pr4000 with the lat pull attachement however I cannot bolt it to the ground. Sorry if I do t understand and it was mentioned before but if I buy the 41 depth then I don't have to bolt it even with the lat pull down attachement added or do I also have that option with the 30 depth ? Thank you so much in advance.
The 41" option and the RBS and lat pull down will be good to not bolt down. If you go 30", get the front feet extensions. This will help stabilize your rack if you plan to not bolt it down.
Just ordered mine last week with a bunch of other stuff! Any tool recommendations for people making the move to a home gym? Would you advise getting a socket wrench set to assemble this or any of your adjustable benches, or is that not necessary? Thanks!
Not 100% necessary, but if you're entering the home gym space... we would recommend buying a simple tool kit set/case. They are only like $50, last many years, and make putting together, measuring, leveling, etc. much easier for all those years.
We have a TON of information on both pages, so please make sure to read all of those and the links they go to. One of the links is an FAQ - help.repfitness.com/article/56-pr-4000-faqs

Amazing-looking rack and great overview. Rep Fitness is winning me over.
That clear grind is awesome looking.
Agreed!

REP stainless steel deep knurl bar AND a PR-4000... awesome setup! Thank you!
Equalizer plates next!
Finally biting the bullet and putting funds into building my garage gym. I love the price and versatility of this rack.
You won't regret it!
Please! Release a utility seat that will mount to flip down safeties, for box squats step ups, chest supported rows and a variety of other movements.
Just ordered mine today. It’s on pre order so I can’t wait to get my new rack for life.
Love everything about those racks . Can you please start shipping to Canada sometime soon.
Hopefully this Summer!
very nice, not in the market for a new rack but good to know something like this is out there for a good price
Thanks for checking it out! The rack is great and has some amazing customization.
What's the difference between PR-4000 and PR-5000? My main thing is that I want lat pull-down and also low cable rowing capability. Thanks!

at 0:19 what is the cross member length on the blue rack on the left? is that 30" or 41"?
It's 30"!
Love this. Getting ready to pull the trigger on the 4000. Does this process render the rack more rust proof? Is it still powder coated? Thanks
The clear coat has a similar durability to our metallic finishes. The steel is hand ground down for a unique finish with a clear coat application on it. It's amazing in person. You will not be disappointed.
In the rack builder, do you have to pick a color on all the posts/cross members? What color/finish is it if I don't pick any colors?
It shouldn't let you continue without choosing a color.
If I get the 41” depth with plate storage is it able to not be bolted down without the Rear base stabilizer?

Any idea if a cable crossover attachment is in the works? Comparing cages and those with that option catch my eye.
Where can I buy the weight storage separately?
Can I get the tall (92 inch?) version and mount the crossbeams/pull-up bar low? My current basement isn't tall enough to fit the full height, but the uprights can stick up beyond the bottom of my joists for now until I move to a taller space.
I wish they would come back in stock. I'm really interested in buying one, but they have been out of stock for 2 months.
What is the depth of the rack featured in this video?
Cant seem to find the foot print measurements on their website for this power rack. Anyone find them?
Is there any knurling on the pull up bars?
I really don’t plan on bolting the pr-4000 rack into the concrete so is there a way I can secure it without bolting? Like do I need plywood or something underneath and bolt into that? If so, what exactly should I get?
Also, when will the front foot extensions be back in stock in case I do need it?
Can you change the height of the landmine attachment Or is it only functional near ground level ?
Is the weight storage on the back a extension piece or does that come with the rack

How much is that setup? And when will you be taking orders again
What height rack are we looking at in this vid?
93" option
@@REPfitness Thanks! Will ya'll do clear grind flip down safeties for an extra fee?
Can you get this product in the UK?
How tall is he? I'm 5'6" and I want to compare myself to him on whether to get the 80" or 93"
Any racks in stock?

Either the 80" or 93" would be perfectly fine for you! Being that you're 5'8", the 80" would certainly give you enough clearance, though!
