I’ve got the RML-390F. My decision making was as follows: I very much considered a REP 1100 series rack. It was similar to a rack I’d been using in the gym prior. After many reviews and videos watched, I decided I wanted a 3x3 rack for more accessory compatibility. After looking at the PR4000, I ultimately settled on the RML-390F because I didn’t want a rack I had to bolt down. I also felt the depth and hight was what I was looking for so it worked out well. I couldn’t have been happier. I figured I’d bundle a bench together and save on shipping so I just went with the Rogue AB 2.0. If I would have ordered a REP Rack I would have done the same with a REP bench. Hope your rack serves you many years to come!!!
Checking in,,, a got a RML690 burnt orange, I wanted the 6 post to set a pulley system with the slinger and still have the main section of the rack open, me and my wife work out at the same time, my wife suggested rouge and it’s been great, we are about to pick up a rep bench, both companies make great gear
That’s a sick rack and a good price. I’ve been meaning to upgrade mine. When I bought mine a decade ago there weren’t all of these options for racks with crazy attachments. The Rogue ones were too tall at the time so I bought a “Body Solid” brand rack. I actually paid a bit more for it than you paid for this. It’s short, the holes are all 3 inches apart (terrible) making it impossible to find a safe spot for safety arms when benching (I have to leave the bar unclipped and dump weights if I fail a rep, scary shit). On top of that the pull up bar has bowed over the years. Only attachment for it is a dip bar. Not my best investment.
Yeah I purchased an XMark rack over a decade ago, and that thing would sway side to side and was very unstable. I later upgraded to a Titan X-3 Flatfoot back in 2019, best decision I ever made.
I bought a Rogue RML-690C in bright blue. The reason was for safety. I also used dumbbells for front squat. I used dumbbells for everything. A barbell would allow me to step up my muscle building. A rack gives me the safety along with a place to do pull-ups rather than doing it over a door. I went with Rogue, because Rep Fitness never had what I wanted in stock in April 2021.
Nice review! I also have a PR-4000 80" high (black), 30" width (red). I too have the same colors as well. I also bought all attachments and have all 3 different spotter arms. The ONLY thing this did not come with was the ISO Arms. Not a problem, I just ordered from Titan Fitness for $279 (free shipping) and it works great! Love your channel, keep it up with the vids!
