In this video, I go over some of the things that I did on my latest bike "Amber 2". Hiding the battery, how I chrome-plated the gas tank and seat, how to make a cafe racer seat, cafe racer seat options and welding on the rear loop are all things that I talk about in this video. Thank you "Racer TV" for hi-lighting your bike. If you're able to do and show your builds with a weekly video, I'm all for it cause your builds are killer's.
Love the style of your bikes. I would definitely watch a build series. Go for it!
Awesome, thank you! Working on putting something together.
Dude, you are an inspiration to us all. Please do many more videos. What a build.
I saw this bike on google like a week ago and couldn’t find it again and I was so peeved! And a week later here I am scrolling through my feed and find it, you did such an amazing job and when I start my own project I’ll be going for the same chrome look that you did. Literally the most beautiful motorcycle I’ve ever seen.
Rafael, Thank you!
I've owned dozens of bikes and built a few cafe's (my favorite style ) . So-many people make a mess of them, mixing styles that look terrible (with many comments about how great they are ) This bike is a beautiful and elegant machine , it would look great anywhere including an Art-Gallery . I hate doing wiring, those M-Units sound like an amazing-solution and look slick too . Dave NZ
When I first saw this bike online I became obsessed with it. I found a 1975 CB550 with 9000 miles on the clock. It’s gonna be my second build with my boys and I want it to look very very similar to this style. I’m currently doing a 1971 CB350k
That’s awesome! My second bike was a CB360. Send me some photos of the 550 when it’s done, I’d love to check it out 👊🏻
Sick video! Always cool to get the inside story especially when its on your favorite builds! Thanks man!
Beautiful bike man. I would love to see a build series!
Kyle, just to say that you have a talent keep up with your excellent work! 👍👍👍
Beautiful bike and awesome video, thanks for the great insight into your builds!

Just watched your bike on racer tv and followed the link to your channel. Very nice bike and video on your bike. Glad I found your channel and yes would like to see a build series or more bike videos.

Amazing beauty of your work. So clean and beautiful.
Much respect for the attention to detail
Thank you so much for what you're doing Kyle. It's really helpful n your knowledge is so appreciated. I've lost track of you video that mentioned a build sheet that you had.
I'd appreciate a copy if it's still available. Got 5 bikes to build
Keep it up! Love your bikes and videos!
It's a one stop station for bike makers love it
That’s a clean build right there 😎

Simplesmente a café racer mais linda que já vi nos últimos 8 anos. Parabéns

Nice! Clean and simple .
Amazing work, thanks for sharing
Thanks a lot!!
Great video pls tell us more about Amber II
I love that bike and want build it !
Beautiful, beautiful build, my friend! (Came here via Racer TV). You’re truly a Craftsman! Honda’s are one of my favorite motorcycles, and you’ve turned this one into a Masterpiece! A couple of things (and I hope you don’t mind), I would love to see an inverted fork set-up on this bike, and, on another note, would love to see what you could do with a Sportster. I think they make beautiful Cafés, and I KNOW that would be the case, in your hands! I just subscribed - Keep Up the Great Work! 👍✌️😎
Thanks David, A Sportster would be pretty cool. I had a stock 1988 sporty a couple years ago, it would be interesting to build one . Thanks for the the idea. 👊🏻
Found you through RACER TV so big shout out. Your build is inspirational, thankyou for sharing it with us. I agree with others, I would watch a build series featuring one of your builds.
=)
Thanks Matthew! I just uploaded Episode 1
Im usually an all black things guy but this chrome build is looking clean!
I'm the same way man! Thanks I appreciate it
Wow man. You gave some great value on this video. I subscribed! Beautiful build too! Inspired.
Awesome, thank you!
amazing job Kyle. I crave a bike like yours maybe because I'm older than she is. Anyway, it's a pleasure looking at your creations.
unfortunately, California is a dream for me and a little bit too far. thanks for sharing those videos.
The chrome looks amazing. Gives it such a clean look. I'm not super familiar with the process, but why not fill the gas tank with something other than air when putting it in the chrome/water tank? Like smooth pebbles or gravel or something that would weight it down. Or could you fill it with water and seal it so only the outside gets plated?
Just watched your bike on Racer TV.
Stunning work. 👍
Thanks Anthony!
Please do it weekly found the information very helpful. Dope bike
Thanks Dominic!
Your welcome.
Amazing love your work, keep it up and keep us updated please
Thank you!

I appreciate that!
Beautiful bike 🔥🤩
Super awesome dude
Gorgeous build! The chrome really makes her a mighty fine lady!
Thank you for this video. I learned a lot.
Glad it was helpful!
Amber ll has become my dream bike of choice. I discovered you watching Racer TV. I was wondering if you would do another build and what it would cost if I supply the donor CB 500. Your Amber build is absolutely stunning!
Thank you,
Al

Al, send me an email or DM through Instagram and we can discuss what something like this Costs. At the moment, I’m probably not going to take on another bike and primarily focus on building this youtube channel. I currently have 2 CB550s that I’m planning to do a build series on. Thank you man, I really appreciate it.
Heya Kyle. Being a creator here on UA-cam myself I can say Go For It! The friendships alone that you'll gain are priceless. Not to mention, we can never have enough content creators who are creative, talented and humble. Zip~
Zip, thanks for the input man! I’ve been bouncing around the idea for a couple years now. I’m going to go for it! 👊🏻
Beautiful machine
Brilliant!!!
LOVE YUOUR BUILDS. thanxs for the battery location. it will look great on my yamaha rx 100. now where do i hide the oil tank?
Thank you! Check out my last CB750 “ND1”. There’s abunch of photos of it on Instagram @thirteenandcompany. I had to hide a custom oil tank under the seat. It was a lot of work but it worked out great and kept the bike pretty minimal. 👊🏻
beautiful !!
Thank you!
Yo that a handsome bike bro
Essa moto ficou linda D+ parabéns🤜🤛
“Great Work”
Good job 👍🏻
Epic build!
How much effort goes into the fixtures, tooling, and rigs as opposed to the time spent on the bikes and components themselves? I assume a TON, but did you say "I will keep building bikes, so it is worth it"? The struggle I have is wanting to take on a project like this, and to do it right I know I need to setup the shop and invest in that....but then I only want to do one bike....
Im getting ready to build a 1978 CB 750 four k with a kick start.
Excelente trabajo felicitaciones .
Pregunta.que medida de neumaticos tiene la motocicleta ? Gracias
What a helpful ass video. Followed 🤟
Wow...now I want to build one.
Do it, they are addicting 👊🏻
MORE!!!
Thank you sir.
@THIRTEEN AND COMPANY
I already have a Honda bros nt400 v-twin at a workshop about 4-5 months now. I know that is a hard work to do but i didn't see any progress of the project. The only thing that it gets done is the paint-job of the frame. I haven't see yet the engine's paint-job or the new accessories of the bike that i choose. I want the job right, clean and cool. I trust my mechanic but long time, no see. So, I am here to ask you, what do you advise me to do?
Thanks!
love this bike, kyle. did you have to upgrade the charging system/rectifier to use the lithium 8 cell?
Thank you! Yes, it has a Ricks Lithium Reg/Rec. 👊🏻
What tires and wheel sizes did you run on this bike? Fantastic job everything is perfect.
I'm curious as well. I am building a similar bike and I like the look of the same size tires on both the front and rear wheels. The specs for CB550K / CB550F / CB500K are: Front Tire: 19-110/20 and Rear Tire: 18-120/20. Would you please let us know what you spec'd out?
Beauty!
You are the Best
Nice work, where is your starter solenoid?
The starter solenoid is attached to the side of the battery box in between the center stand. Thanks!
Nice.
I voted for your chrome tank 550 on racer tv. 😁
The HONDA Badge disappeared 😊
I thought you took it off until I looked closely 🤔
You’re the man! Badge is there it just blends in at certain angles
Fantastic video, thanks for sharing. I’ve recently started rebuilding and modifying bikes and appreciate the time and effort you have put into this build. I look forward to watching more of your videos.
Cheers

wwhat about the foam? what foam you use?
Your seat looks great, but Im considering fiberglass.
Hey bro,
Are you able to shed any light on how the bike reacts to being lowered that much?
Still handles well? Corners well? Etc
Cheers mate, epic work.
Lee,
Yea no worries, it’s still handles great. Lowering it does make it a little less plush as a ride in stock form. Lowering the bike as a whole doesn’t make it feel sketchy when your riding. It’s still stable in a straight line and turns great! You run into issues when you lower the front too much relative to the rear ride height.
Sangat Beutifoul.....
i wanna do a cafe racer build with a cb350 but i cant find one good for a project anywhere that is under $5k
Obrigado Portugal Aveiro
Does your suspension bottom out? It looks like it would.
It will if you hit hard enough! But not easily.
Your bikes are awesome. What's the price range for one?

Exhaust brand?
WOW‼✌🌻
Thanks Markie!
Do you share your total investment in your build series videos?
Thanks
Peter thank you!
@@kylevara sure, I know the content is a pain in the ass, but I like what I see so far. All the best.
What is the cost for a commission if I provide the bike?
can we see a video of it in action?
Most asked question is. Is this for Amber turd if no it rocks
Music is way too loud
