I totally feel your pain with the chin, neck and mustache hair!!! I had polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) for all of my life, until I had to have a full hysterectomy after the birth of my second child... And even getting pregnant was a miracle in itself. Women who had/have PCOS almost always struggle with facial hair.... It's nothing to be ashamed of it has to do with the hormones in our system. Growing old is NOT for sissies! And I love that drop of oil in a foundation that is a little too matte... As a dry skin older woman, I've been using that trick for years. ❤ to you!!!

I have box dyed my hair black for years. A few years ago I tried putting some leftover dye on my brows, it looks amazing! Such a good hack.

Under the eyes! I'm going to try the balm tric! I'm so oily I never considered this for myself but I've not been able to get ANY concealer to work. It always looks dry and crepey. My skin has changed now that I'm 48 and I was slow to recognize it. I just gave up on concealers, but now I have hope! Thank you!

I just used my Blumene this evening that I snagged with your discount code a few weeks ago. Loving it! 🤩

I am 54 post menopausal and I hate the fur growing on my face!🤬🤣I do threading & waxing on the face, shaving in between. Random chin hairs I will pluck with tweezers. But I agree lip gloss on the cheeks to glow I’ve not done it under but I’ve used it on top on foundation.. great tips!❤

I use a tinted sunscreen mixed with regular sunscreen all over my face, then a cream foundation which I smooth out w a wet sponge where I need a little coverage. Stays and looks great without being heavy.. I’m 62.

Dark, excess facial, and body hair; the vain of my Ukrainian existence, among other issues! Attempts at home waxing, and dyeing, endless electrolysis sessions, tweezing, all commencing at 13, initiated by my mother! Lord have mercy; it initially thickened with age! I just can't get into shaving my face, ladies. Wouldn't one be dealing with prickly, stubbly, facial hairs when they start growing in again (like post tweezing)?! An awesome video, none the less, missie! Thanks for sharing! Have a great weekend, Marlena, and ladies, Sherrey🩷

The Neutrogena color corrector in peach has been my absolute favorite product for color correcting and it doesn’t seem to settle into my lines. I am the same age as you it’s wonderful and it’s drugstore. I’m also fair just like you and it works great.

Woooow. Love this video. Please do more on makeup. And other stuff. Ohhh so much I need help. I’m 60 yrs old and I have NOW for the cold weather. My face is greasy and I STILL breakout here and there little ones. And when I put on my make and you have a ZIT. here is what I do. I take a little RED lipstick put a dot on the zit. Then I put on my foundation and it hides that yucky zit then you put on powder and other stuff. I seen this I don’t remember but I tried it works. They say a little bit goes a long way.

Okay, these are some fantastic tips! I've been doing the setting spray before foundation for a few months (on long days, not every day) and it's been amazing. Now I need to try the powder!
Also, I'm so oily, so the gloss won't work for me, but WOW that's such a good Idea!

I needed this last week when I was worrying over whether I should bleach my brows! I have super course and black brow hair and I bleached them slightly and OMG I wish I’d done it years ago. They suit my face so much better and are less unruly now. I had tried micro blading and shading in the past when I should have just lightened them. Wild!

I will never NOT shave my whole face. I don’t even wear much makeup but it just lets you really glow and is a nice exfoliant. Mmmm love a fresh shaved face haha I never feel prettier!

For the facial and neck hair, go to a good electrologist. Laser is not good for those areas. It's a long term process but it pays off in the end. Make your regular appointments and keep them. I changed my life with this.

That's funny! My brows are white, so I have to dye them. Now that my hair is soooo blonde, just using a pencil makes them dark enough. I have a couple of rogue hairs on my chin. I usually pluck them. I love your hacks. I'm 65, on Estriadol, and don't need to use deodorant anymore or shave under my arms, and my legs only need shaved about once a month. Getting older isn't for the faint of heart!!! You make everything so normal by being genuine! I adore you and want to buy the perfume sampler!❤~lori

Yes, girl-that’s menopause, lol! Hey, it could be worse; I went all the way through and got to the other side. Only to get diagnosed with cancer then go through chemo and get thrown RIGHT BACK INTO MENOPAUSE…at 54, sheesh (laughing but smh 🤦🏼‍♀️ 😊)

Thank you Marlena... Always love little beauty tricks. I have always been a peach fuzzied face girly since a baby, but i am 43 and I feel like the fuzz is worse? I'm not sure, it could be that I'm just paying more detailed attention to my changes. My upper lip for sure the fuzz is getting crazy, and more thank likely the rest of my face, just thin tiny almost clear little hairs, but derma planing scares me, and definitely regular razors scare me. You know what they say, "it'll come back thicker". Cam anybody confirm or deny that? Do any of you other ladies use razors instead of derma planing? What kind if so.. and what to do about trapped hairs that cause pimples??

    • @timothysherreyehler5095
      @timothysherreyehler5095 Годину тому

Scientifically, and medically, hair does NOT come back thicker if shaven, cut, or plucked! Sherrey🌹

I have a tremor so I’m not able to use a straight razor so I started picking up my electric razor and using it on my face, my whole face and my neck and under my jawline and it works great. I do have to do it once a week but I can do it for less than three minutes total.

The new brow techniques being used these days look so absurdly unnatural. Nothing against you as i say this to everyone whose brows look so unnatural that you see brows instead of the face.
