This is EXACTLY what Freddie wanted to see done with his music. He said so many times he wanted to see people love it and enjoy it and sing it, just don’t make it sound bad! And this video nailed it! If he were still around he’d be so happy. And I’m sure Roger, Brian, and John love to see this, too.
I believe School of Rock is one of the best things that can happen to kids. I like to see them all just having fun doing what they love. And they do it great.

I have been a Queen fan since the late 70's. All I can say is WOW you did not disappoint. Love the passion in the vocals. Not to many singers can pull of a Freddy song this well. I sure Brian would love the guitar work. Very nice job everyone.

What a Great cover !! Vocals and music was spot on. All performers looked like they were "into " the song and not just going through the motions. I really wish you put them all on stage or in a room with no headphones. The chemistry would be much better and ( for this olf fossil ) the true measure of a musician is how they play "live"
The headphones are helpful for hearing protection more than anything else
Old rockers def used to not care but serious hearing issues can develop if a person is exposed to extreme decibels even a few times in a year
So prob one of the main reasons they are all wearing headphones in a studio environment
Also it’s def easier for recording🤷♂️

they really nailed this one, just one part was lacking.... i think because the vocalist is too young and can´t feel the impact of the most important part of the song. the moment at 1:35 where it goes "you gave me fame and fortune andeverything that goes with it, I thank you all ! " in the original you could feel and hear that freddy really meant it, especially in live recordings.... she just spun through the words, with no connection to them. apart from that a real good performace..

Well, this lead singer needs more singing lessons. Sorry for the honest opinion... There are way much better SOR performances including this same song than this...
mixing engineer screwed up the melodyne pitch correction, which (coming from someone who was in the studio), wasn’t needed in the first place, not something you can blame the singer for

@@farshadelmianvari6763 yea man i recorded with some of those same musicians like an hour earlier and stayed to watch the rest of my friends record, plus there’s been a few other all star videos i’ve seen with the mixing engineer blundering here and there. it happens as music is messy. doesn’t mean the work should go unreleased cause the students still worked their asses off for such an amazing opportunity

on top of you just being an ass with nothing constructive, i don’t think you understand the grueling hours of work or genuine talent required to get anywhere near the point these kids have, she’s genuinely one of if not the best vocalist i’ve ever had the chance of playing with and numerous performances of hers have genuinely moved me to tears, but yea, blame her for the mixing engineer messing up the melodyne pitch correction on not only her vocals but all of the guitars simultaneously as well. your lack of understanding of that, when it’s a reality CLEARLY audible to any one with music experience shows you have absolutely no right to being spewing your bs about kids living a more fulfilling life than it seems you could possibly have dreamt of
