Only complaint is how we don't go to new terrain in the dlcs. Awakened king was eerie and the castle was doped but to have the last 2 dlc on the same planet is disappointing but that's about it. Everything still has me hooked
I would've loved to traverse one of the old worlds from the fitsy game again. I went back and played it a few months ago, and the world design was very cool. Wanting more from a game is certainly not the worst feeling to have!

It's a shame the boss rush mode has so many inherent problems. Primarily, you only get 90% of the XP at the very end. Combined with the fact people crash or get disconnected commonly, and people can't join mid run... or you just end up failing the run for one reason or another. Leads to a very frustrating experience. Also, farming the hatchery with the toxic release valve is SEVERAL TIMES more XP than doing gauntlets. At minimum 4x, and that's assuming you win every gauntlet with no problems. Which won't happen. On survivor difficulty, by the way.
Before the patch, there was a bug that kicked out a player when we got Sha'Hala as a world boss. My one friend got kicked out in the middle of a gauntlet on 2 separate occasions, and that was frustrating. I'm glad they buffed the XP gain and made modifiers like Sagestone work. It's a step in the right direction!
@@the_jersey_side They only buffed it for higher difficulties, which just makes the runs take even longer. Even if you can clear a survivor gauntlet in 40 minutes with an excellent team, hatchery is still 2x the XP rate. And with a full team of people taking turns, you can AFK 2/3 of the time, just liquid escaping every minute. No thanks to spending an hour on a rush and get nothing out of it when something goes wrong.
I played it today Got lost Got lost some more Got lost again Went through a glowing door, to yet another land with absolutely 0 indication on where to go or why, with no dialogue from my character giving any indication, nothing in the tiny quest info in the map screen, etc Got lost again Pretty boring so far, what with the lack of any indication if I'm ever actually making progress to anything and repeated doors you need to travel across the entire map to find the key to, then back again

400 hours deep, still highly recommended this game. Boss rush feels like the missing piece this game needed. One of my top 5 games of all time
