- The Aitken Community Hospice is located at Ocean Front Village at 2900 Cliffe Avenue in Courtenay, BC. The purpose built facility offers 6 beds for end of life care, owned and operated by Golden Life Management with oversight provided by Island Health Authority. The Comox Valley Hospice Society provides complementary emotional support services for those in hospice care, as well as those who are dying at home, or in hospital.
