PLEASE, we kindly ask you to watch the full video before you comment and before you leave any negative feedback or rude remarks on anyone's behalf. In one of our previous videos we made a mistake and said that Garam was the one who filmed another girl without her consent, in this video we wanted to correct this information because it was not true and we apologize for that mistake. On that note, Garam's case is still veiled in mystery and we might never know what really happened and what's the truth. When a person makes a mistake, they deserve to get a chance to learn from it and grow to be a better person. It's not fair either for us or for anyone to send hate to Garam or have ill intentions when mentioning her name. She's a young girl who's probably going through a lot right now and all that we can do right now is accept the fact that there are no definite answers in this case.
@@Dos004 If I was her I would either want to die or move out to another country, I mean I couldn't even walk out of my house. It seems like the Korean society is really cruel and a lot of them would bully a kid to death from what I have seen. She receives so many sexual harassments comments and she is being dehumanized like crazy. People are waiting for her to commit suicide, I swear they are demons. I know there are plenty of nice people in South Korea but it seems like this society is easily dominated by hate. I hope her family, friends, former members keep in touch with her and protect her.
You guys were literally framing her as well and shaded Hybe for not kicking her out back then????? It’s literally because of people like you who spread misinformation about Garam and all the other idols that makes the whole Kpop experience toxic
Issues like this makes me wish that the Kpop industry should stop debuting idols in their teenage years, like they haven't fully developed as a person and you put them in a spot where all fingers will point at them. If the issue is true or not, it doesn't matter because this can be a big mental trauma for a young girl like her, making a girl deal with this heavy issue is too much for a young person to handle, this can haunt them for the rest of their lives.
Exactly especially groups like classy and new jeans and also ive cause they have a 15 year old....these are literally middle school kids not even highschool...also people hyper sexualize idols and ofc they'll do it to them too also the unnecessary burden of the public eye takes a toll and their schedules....its not an environment made for young teens
@@reijimi Yes! About concepts too and their clothing, sometimes they forget that the girls and even boys are young they should wear appropriate clothes and dance appropriately because ppl can sexualize them in such a young age which is very disgusting.
Sadly don't think they will stop debuting young idols the younger the better its how marketing works in the industry in kpop world they want really young people to perform it draws in more younger audiences and for older men as well that's how they make a lot of money from these idol groups
Garam's case is so confusing to me. But at this point it's the best to stay neutral. We likely will never know the truth. Also, as other comments stated, insulting Garam and sending her death threats doesn't make you any better than what you're fighting against. Bullying a bully is not a solution. Also keep in mind that you are sending death threats to a minor. What will your excuse be if she's proven a 100% innocent? "I thought she was a bully so I send her death threats" doesn't sound that good, does it? EDIT: I know it's kinda late now, but from what I know, Garam was officially declared innocent.
Thank you.. i feel really sick when i saw so many hate on her when the case still on going.. not to mention what those people doing on the internet really not make them any better than the bullies
frr, although one time people be calling me stupid for being neutral. they be saying stuff like if i dont pick sides, it means i support bullying and stuff.
Exactly! It's best to stay neutral in this situation. I can't even believe those people who are instantly hating garam, we never know the truth, you know.
Ikr even after shes not in the group anymore ppl still use her name for like mean things, like make fun of her and comment on le sserafim that shes a staff like do they think they are any better basically harassing and cyber bullying a 16 y/o girl like ik the things she did are bad but it is also as bad harassing and bullying a 16 y/o even after leaving the group and it may or may not be true that she is actually framed so ppl need to calm down
Lmao i cant take kpop seriously smh and also theres newjeans issue recently min heejin their ceo got praise for the concept and now she's accussed of pedo which she is😭 damn the drama in kpop will not go down😂
I think what most people neglect to understand is that HYBE kicking Garam out of the group is not "proof" of her guilt, it is proof that people have started to hate her, cancel her and spread rumours about her to the extent that it would have been detrimental to the success of the group as a whole but more importantly it would have lost the company money, which at the end of the day is HYBE's only real priority. It also must be noted that the "victim" has a distinct advantage in this case, 1. she is using a fake name which means she can't be searched up in school databases and police reports, so people can't find evidence on her misdemeanours, 2. she is still a minor and therefore HYBE as an offical company cannot realise any specific information about her without parental consent even if it is to help Garam case, this also goes for the friend who pictures were allegedly taken. It has also been confirmed that many of the pictures circulating painting her as a bad person, a smoker, drinker ect and the pictures with the blackboard have been proven not to be her, she is wearing a different school uniform and looks completely different from photos of her at the same age the pictures when allegedly taken. I just wish that K-pop Stans would learn from their mistakes, we saw this with (g)-idles Soojin, Stray Kids Woojin and AOA's Jimin, all of whom where proven inncocent following the mass hate they received for bullying accusations, at the very least I implore you all to think critically and don't believe everything you see, random twitter users, k-tiktoker, k-tubers and reddit users have no real merit if you want to be involved in the case read the offical documents yourself you will be able to find translations, but if you can't be bothered don'y get involved or at the very least, watch someone discuss the case holistically and not from one viewpoint, I recommend everglow-up's video on the garam case (also if you still think woojin and Jimin are guilty watch those videos too) she strictly talks about the facts from credible sources and debunks rumours.
Are you stupid? Hybe sued people. They even sued highschoolers. If that person spreading false information, she would received sentence now. The fact that she is not means that is not a false info
But the thing that doesn't make sense is how fans turned on garam but never held the "victim" accountable for leaking a friend with only her underwear she's also not so innocent🤔
Because most of the people who are "sympathizing" with the "victim" haven’t even read what she said herself so I highly doubt that they know anything about this case at all. It’s just them bullying a 16 year old over nothing
Garam defenders get frequently asked "why are you stanning this person you only knew for 2 weeks?". Its not because we know Garam as a amazing singer or dancer or variety ace. Its because she's a human being who never even got to speak out in her defense or even a explanation and got total global humiliation. I think even worse than the hate is the people who just used her as content for memes or jokes. I mean as hated as someone like Amber Heard was she had a team of lawyers and publicists working for her to get her story out. Garam had nothing and was just totally exposed and trusted Hybe who proceeded to do nothing with the evidence that was collected by Garam's friends.
She is abusive. And tried to lie and say her ex husband beat. But was exposed for lying and painting a fake bruise on her self. She also crapped in his bed.
@@fj6496 no she didn't, it's the same thing with garam's case. Amber Heard won 14 cases against johnny depp but lost the recent one and people have been using that as an excuse to ridicule her. Johnny Depp always had the power in their relationship as he's older, richer, and more famous. Also, if you thiink she cut off his finger, do more research and actually form your opinions. Always remember, just because it's the popular opinion doesn't mean it's the right one.
@@fj6496 There's a lot more to say and a LOT more evidence to show, but I'm tired emotionally and mentally and I don't feel like fighting with you. I do hope this motivates you to actually research the case, I know this probably won't work, but I'm tired of living in a world where victims are ridiculed for trying to speak out against a system so obviously set against them.
@Asdkbunny A victim of Garam even posted an image online of her changing..that victim is acting just as bad as Garam then. Even if her bullying accusations are true she still doesn’t deserve having an inappropriate photo online
@Asdkbunny so an innocent person suffering is okay? Her parents literally said she’s starting to show symptoms of disorders such as Anxiety, depression and insomnia. Is it okay that a child is suffering from their bullies? Is it okay that she had her career was destroyed because of her middle school bullies? If that’s your mindset then your sick in the head.
I was completely neutral about this case until I found out about Eunsoo taking non-consentual p0rn of Garam's friend and the history of Eunsoo's lawfirm. For those who are unaware, Eunsoo's lawfirm has a history of defending r@pists, reckless drivers, and more from what I've heard. I feel like she went there knowing their history. I can certainly say that Garam is innocent or at least that Eunsoo is guilty. If what Garam's friend said is true, Hybe USED GARAM and did NOTHING but make money from her accusations which is disgusting. They could've done a lot more to defend her, but instead they kicked her to the curb as soon as people were starting to see her innocence. The public were no better either.
@@xiaoqv6408 they’ve always been shady, they let the Taehyung jennie rumor pass by so everyone can “forget what happened to Garam” yet when it died down they tried everything they could to stop accusations and sneakily put her back on the le sserafim promotion for Japan by quickly defending joons marriage rumor saying it was false at the same time thinking ppl wouldn’t notice and that didn’t end well as garam was kicked as they found she was innocent, I wish garam well tho but the company is so trash they won’t even address the enhypen comments they made towards sunoo 😞
well if it was cube or another company they would have dumped her without doing any research. hype defended her , they could have just let her go like any other company would have done , but they stood up for her and tried to defend but the negativity around them was too much. the kind of backlash both hype and garam got was just too much and it started to affect the group. I do admire HYBE for standing up for her even though she’s just a rookie. They trusted her and gave a chance.
Yea but let’s just face it hybe is shitty at responding to rumors especially nowadays they don’t address things properly which makes them look extremely bad, although I’m amazed they tried their best to stick up for her but it also made them look bad whether it was true or not
DISCLAIMER: YOU USED MISINFORMATION !!! Level 5 punishment in Garam' middle school is with level 1 the most common disciplinary action taken throughout 2018-2021 . This got confirmed by the school itself. As well as in the alleged year of bulli ying 2018 (april-may) was not one bulliying or violence case administrated in Garam's midale school. To say that Level 5 punishment is 'rare' is a false statement which brings a false impression to the situation.
Level 5 disciplinary action is different in every school. But her school level 5 was very common. So garam probably did something bad but not something as bad as bullying
@@jungxi2729 it was there chile...where y'all getting y'all info's atp. That whole record is public meaning it's not protected by the school or bullying committee you can do on the website and see all past offenders
Garam's accuser is the REAL BULLY. This is basically a story of a bully feeling "bullied" when others stood up to her, she then plays the victim after she got a taste of her own medicine. Garam defended her friend who got bulled by this accuser who posted compromising photos online. The bully really manipulated the system and got away being called the victim here.
@@hwjlzy9468 it wasn't for bullying, it was for school violence (which can include physical violence or not), level 5 is NOT the most severe level of punishment.
Still who cares if shes a minor. Adult or minor I feel bad for everyone who was evolved but tbh. this is why I always listen to my mom when she says careful what you do in the past because they are consequences to your actions
I'm 14 yet I knew how bullying is bad it's not an EXCUSE. why don't you understand.(I'm talking about her age only not about garam getting cyberbullied)
Just a few facts about the case: - Several photos spread that would be "proof" of Garam's attitude are fake - She took a nicotine test to prove she didn't smoke - No comment on the brick and pot story - She never trained at Starship, so there was no conflict with Wonyoung as far as we know - The education ministry's line was merely speculative, not a sentence - Neither Eunseo nor her lawyers blamed Garam for the incident on her mental health (which occurred because of the public reaction to the case) - School violence is a broad term that does not necessarily mean physical violence - Eunseo did not faint because of Hybe's lawsuits, not least because this would have happened before the company even threatened to do so - Hybe and Garam did not apologise for the alleged bullying, but rather for Garam offending Eunseo through messages - There is no evidence that Garam did bullying, rather that she cussed Eunseo via text, and that is not bullying - Hybe has witnesses who were not directly involved in the case and the same documents from the swearing case say that Eunseo did in fact do to Garam's friend what she was said to have done - Eunseo's lawyers threatened to reveal evidence of the alleged bullying if Hybe did not apologise for the accusations. Hybe didn't do it and where is the evidence? Why were they still discussing a solution with the company? - Punishments vary from school to school - Garam's school database shows that there were no cases of bullying in the period that Garam allegedly did it, only cases of verbal attacks by digital means - The level of punishment received is neither the highest nor the rarest - There is no evidence that she bullied disabled students or received a restraining order - Don't give me "choreography is better with odd numbers", I doubt they'll mention that about (G)I-DLE - "It doesn't matter if she is innocent, she had to leave the group". So if an innocent person is accused they have to bow their head and take punishment for something they didn't do? If she left because she chooses beauty, now that shouldn't be mandatory
It still baffles me to this day how we were never able to hear what Garam had to say about the allegations made against her… At this point nothing that appears on the internet can be trusted. In the future please educate your siblings and younger pupils around you about just how dangerous the internet can be. It’s become a scarier place than reality.
We all have to stay neutral as we don't know if she is innocent or guilty Edit: I hope people understand that even if she was a bully other people have been cyber bullying her as well as sending death threats she is only 16 and she doesn't deserve the threats and bullying. Yeah I get that but there’s a thing. Hybe was really defending garam but, out of nowhere, they kicked her. That probably means they found evidences that she was guilty (since they were working on the case) because why would they kick her out if they found out she was innocent? Just my opinion tho
@@Boo_merang yeah, both hybe and the public dealt with the situation terribly, which is why she got removed. Even now people are claiming the group look happier with out her, I think they're just glad to be performing again tho.

I’m going to say this.. As somebody who has been bullied it makes no sense to publicly call out the perputrator. The only reason to do such is to ruin their reputation and career.. which makes you no better than the bully. Also most bullying happens as children; everyone does stupid shit as children that they regret. Also I don’t understand why people make such a giant deal out of accusations of someone bullying as a child. They were a child and most likely aren’t the same person ad back then. I know that I’m almost a completely different person than 1 year ago. Why must everyone act like people never change (especially when they are young)? Childhood is a time of a lot of changes, growth, and adaptation. You shouldn’t take the actions of somebody from when they were a child as if it is who they are now.
@@femmecherie3390 exactly. A lot of these kpop Stan’s haven’t left their house so they don’t know how real people function lol. And everyone acts like they never tell a bad word to they're classmates or parents. I also was bullied one year by my classmate, but after this she changed and we have good relationship, and this was at 14 years old, now we have 25. It could be because of the state of the case, they might realized how risky it is to drag this longer and it's too late to recover the whole case which cld lead to their reputation being tarnished even further and worsen the group's image, so for the sake of Le Sserafim they decided to drop Garam, however that is also still a speculation, everything right know spreading on media are all just speculations, there are no 100% certainty to the real truth as what actually happened behind the curtains. I believe that garam is a nepotism baby and used to hang out with bullys. Her and the victim bullied each other. Anyways her parents or some one got her into hybe, hance why she only auditioned for source music. Hybe knew about the bullying but were ready to defend her. Unfortunately the victim got the help of a big lawfrim. Hybe took advantage of the noise and didn’t announce her departure until later on.
I agree. I know what Garam did in the past was bad, but the person needs to get over it. After all, it’s been years, Garam worked so hard to début and the other person was too stuck in the past to let Garam have a long lasting idol career.
South Koreans take school bullying VERY seriously. Even if it happened in elementary school and you have made massive efforts to show you've changed as a person, they still won't forgive you.
not everyone want to see a bully to be an idol which could influence more bullies and make them think that they can bully someone and would still have a bright future
7:32 I would like to share an information about this. The ministry of education also stated that the level of punishment by the school violence committees vary from place to place, and in some places it isn't as severe as it seems to be. Garam's case could very well be something like this
the supposed ‘victim’ was supposed to receive a level 8 punishment (forced transfer) which is why she suddenly moved school. honestly, i dont get why people are so strung on this. garam is clearly innocent. the ‘victim’ was taking pictures of garam’s friend changing and as a result, the two of them had an altercation. they were 12, it wouldn’t have been a big one. if the ‘victim’ was a boy, i’m sure not as many people would be so adamant in garam’s guilt, if any at all. what that eun girl did was detestable and i know for sure if i knew someone like her in my life, i’d deck them to africa. seriously 💀
@@jayqwuan yeah that part is kinda clear. huhu, i hope i dont get attack for saying that. im literally traumatized by them people who are on the "victim's side". im not on garam's side but some people think being neutral means supporting bullies.

Don't blame hybe, to me it seems that they actually DEFENDED her. They decided to kicked her bcs KPop fans and knetz wouldn't believe her to be innocent and constantly screams how she's the bully. you left out alot of important info... the MOE confirmed she got a lvl 5 punishment, but also stated that each schools punishment is different. The "victim" took photos of a classmate changing and posted it on social media. Then Garam and her friends confronted her and cursed her out through text and in person. The "victim" reported this as bullying. The "victim" also added garam and her friends to multiple group chats where her and other male students threatened to beat up garam and her friends. The victim also said her and her law firm will reveal the official document, but that is yet to happen because she knows the public will turn against her once everyone finds out she took photos of a minor changing and posted them.

People saying "oh she got kicked out, that must mean the rumors were true". I want y'all to remember what happened to other kpop idols who were kicked out due to bullying allegations. Were they ACTUALLY bullies? No. Companies kicked them out regardless innocent or not, so the "kick out=guilty" is not a valid argument. I'd like to know more about the progress of the case though.
When they kicked her out I stopped liking lesserfim. Ive been following the story and did a video about it as well. He said she said is not proof of anything. The real bully is the girl who posted the pics of Garams friend changing. It's sad that netizens are willing to cancel someone over rumors from something that Garam might of done at 12 yrs old. With her visuals and talent shell re debut under another company. I'll be sure to support her.
i hope she does debut again, she is very young and them accusations really ruined her career. and also, u know how netizens are, they literally got no life, finding someone to hate is like their daily routine
Same.. I really only liked them because of her. And I feel like alot of this was done to cover up the hate they were getting for their other groups. TXT fans were mad about the venues being small and they feel like HYBE isn't taking the group serious enough to give them bigger venues for their tour. ENHYPEN fans are mad that members publicly humiliate and fat shame Sunoo, and the Whole pool of "scandals" concerning BTS (Jimin not paying insurance, V and Jennie, Namjoon marriage rumor, enlistment, hiatus) and all the other negative stuff surrounding the agency. They got accused of having secret meetings with government officials and they mysteriously debut another GG just days after terminating her contract? I hope she debuts again in another agency, she talented and beautiful, she deserves a chance to do what she loves. If it's true that she was innocent and they just threw her under the bus like that, I'm won't be surprised, but I will be highly disappointed and probably not support HYBE anymore.
Honestly all she did was defend her friend from the alleged victim. She did not bully anyone. And now since shes returned to school she is being bullied by other students. I feel bad for her. All she wants to do is live a normal life, but someone has to always be jealous and spread false information.
What I dont understand is that HYBE protected Garam until the end of the case until they decided to let her go. Kim Garams friend said that HYBE used Garams case for views and stuff but HYBE said before that they dont want this case to become something that generates for views, then who is lying ? The whole thing is complicated, fans are confused atp!

This hurts my heart. Garam was truthful from the start and never refuted what the "victim" said but explained why it occurred. I also read that for her school level 5 was common and the system likely went up to 10. All the evidence was out in the open and still Hybe abandoned her. First Soojin of G-Idle and now Garam. 😔 Hybe probably saw how much attention idle got before and after Soojin's "scandal" and wanted the same. Attention from the hate and then attention from the mystery and sympathy.
didn’t hype defend garam and release all those statements.?? even after doing so ppl started hating HYBE for defending her and started dragging the group down. now all of a sudden HYBE abandoned her?
@@nivea0620 IF she is innocent( which is what it seems) and it's true that hybe ignored the evidence gathered by her and her classmates. Then kicking her out of the group seems like abandonment to me. It seems like Hybe just wanted the attention for the remaining members.
@@thecutexxone I get your point. if you check the second statement released by HYBE, they gave a detailed explanation of the events and how Kim garam actually helped her friends . I came to know the truth through HYBE’s statements. In fact I was surprised why is HYBE supporting her? When everyone was targeting them ,hybe was taking her side and defending her. What’s funny is hybe started getting hate for supporting her and now they are getting hate for letting her go.
@@nivea0620 i think it's bc the hate is always louder than the support. The people who were angry before were the ones who were siding with the "victim". The people who are angry now were the ones trying to beat neutral and wait for all the evidence. Yeah I mentioned that Garam/Hybe never refuted that Garam did recieve a level 5 pubishment, but instead explained why it happened. When they released that statement I was more on the side that Garam was not a bully. It reminded me of Soojin's statement which also acknowledged the truths of her past (in regards to having tried smoking as a teen). I feel like if someone was a bully they are going to continue to try and lie and gaslight. I'm just sad to see another female idol kicked out for possibly wrongful accusations. I get bullying is a big deal in korea but there is a difference between bullying and having a verbal fight.
@@thecutexxone so true, the word bullying is being used so vaguely that even a small fight is being said as bullying. the situation is dangerous for real victims , No one will believe them even if they are being Harassed. I really hope thing get seen with a more neutral side than being so polarised on every thing. like the answer is never a simple yes or no. lets wait and see that the whole truth is revealed.
Now that her contract is terminated people are going to believe she's 100% guilty even though we haven't even gotten a verdict. It's a high possibility the company just decided it was a waste of time to put their resources into her case and terminated her contract bc they knew the public would never get over it. Even if she was proven guilty there would still be people believing she was a bully. I'm forever neutral.. however the evidence I've seen from both sides lead me to believe that the alleged victim (and people supprting her) blew some things out of proportion. A lot of people speculated and made up shit that Eunseo herself never said anything about. Just made it worse for Garam. People are coming out with evidence to prove that a lot of claims made against Garam aren't true, but this is like the Soojin cause (not comparing Garam and Soojin as people, just their bullying case and what happened between them and their companies as a result of the bullying allegations) many people have come out with so much evidence in support of Soojin but it's too late. She's already gone. Same with Garam. The evidence coming out in defense of Garam doesn't do much for her. Her contract has already been terminated and everyone thinks she's a stone cold bully who physically and verbally assaulted people whether she actually did or not. I can't imagine what life is like for her now. Everyone knows her face so how will she ever be able to go out in public again? she's a teenage girl. No teenager needs to go through this level of public humiliation.
Garam has been metooed. HYBE should have fought harder for their artists. I was pleased to see they weren't going to let false allegations slide, until they just abruptly quit...smh. I hope Garam have the strength and support to defend herself from the lies of these screaming banshees. The only way to restore her idol career is to crush the accusers publicly and legally.
as a clarification, the accustor actually was said to have harmed themselves due to the harassment they received online due to them accusing garam, not anything garam herself did. and also its not rare at all to receive a level 5 punishment, thats one of the most dished out ones. schools are the ones who decide what is most fitting of a punishment for the betterment of those involved.
You all were throwing shit at hybe for defending Garam (you yourself made at least 5-7 contents out of it) and now you all are throwing shit at hybe for terminating her contract. Weird.
this!! it’s so frustrating to see this K-youtubers suddenly shifting to the good side while not long ago yall profiting the whole scandal by creating contents about it.
I love how people who bullied Garam online are HERE defending her, after knowing she was accused, but still bullied her without proof, and now are trying to support her. Grow up.
Imagine working for years as a trainee then finally debuting but some jealous girl gets you kicked out of the company 💀 like just cus Garam made it and she (the girl who accused Garam) didn’t doesn’t mean she should spread false rumors that ruined her career
I punched a guy in middle school after he stole my friend's Gameboy right out of his hands. He and his friends had been bullying us for months, but that was too far for me. No one saw what lead up to that moment, but sure enough, we were both suspended for the fight. I was in her shoes, standing up for a friend... to think that is what everyone freaked out about and ruined this girl's chance at having a successful debut... it's so disgusting. To anyone who bullied Garam, cause that's what you did, cyberbullied a minor; shame on you. Karma's a bitch. Anything else I say would violate UA-cam's terms and conditions.
ikr she had been proven innocent + when the company said she is a victim of bully the company showed the pics OF HER GETTIMG BULLIED but people are to dumb to understand. Even if she bullied so what’s wrong? She was a child and you can’t just ruin someone’s hard work and carrier with bullying?
This is why i've been trying to stay as neutral as i can. I don't understand why people on TikTok are calling the people who are staying neutral about Garam's situation as, liars. It has been proven time and time again that ANYONE can fake a bullying accusation. Famous examples, Soojin, Woojin and Jimin. They were framed yet yall believed the anonymous user so easily without checking for their background. So isn't best to stay neutral and wait for an official statement?
TikTok ain’t the best outlet for facts now… when you have social media influencers telling teens to post a video surfing on top of a moving subway car or shooting water guns at police, it just loses all credibility with me.
@@chaengdubz8220 yeah but the ridiculous thing is that people actually believe all the rumors they see on tiktok. ive seen so many people say that their proof came from tiktok, like that one about how garam called sakura plastic monster and i was like, where’s the proof?! there’s no video recording or text messages or anything, but everyone believed that and attacked anyone who used their brain
now that she's out, i don't like the group anymore. not because garam was my bias or sth, but koreans are just too cruel.. even if she did it she was literally 12 which means she deserved a chance to reflect and learn. but she got cyber bullied instead. i was bullied in middle school too but over the years they changed and one of the bullies is my best friend today. shame on everyone who's throwing constant hate towards a minor! y'all can hate me all you want but i believe she was innocent
It's incredible how many people still decide to think Garam is a criminal, meanwhile Eunsoo spread literal CP of Garam's friends on the internet and no one bats an eye. If I was in Garam's position, I would've done way worse things than just insults.
to be perfectly honest, at this point people should let this whole situation be handled by professionals and leave it in the past, she's been kicked out of le sserafim and we should just leave it at that, even if she is proven guilty you shouldn't still attack her, she will be given proper punishment for her actions and I'd argue the punishment has already been administered, being kicked out of a group right after debuting in it is definitely punishment, I also want to add taking a side either saying she is innocent or guilty is probably something you should do after doing a thorough research and not just from some tweets or something you saw, even so getting wrapped up in stuff like this without being given all the details and sometimes being given specific details can be really stupid, it's best to leave things alone to be handled by professionals because they know what they're doing, and us we're really just some random people on the internet along for the ride, people should stop saying someone is guilty or innocent without concrete evidence, and this whole Kim Garam case seems to be something where you can't be entirely sure what is real and what isn't so it's best to just leave it alone and leave it to people who know what they are doing, this is just my opinion, I'm also very sick of people continuing to bring this situation up even after she's literally not in the picture anymore
people who still believe the allegations made towards her and on social media basically clowning her you’re the real bully she’s still a child and for you to send threats to her you disgust me.
@@momokhan4901 sending death threats to garam isn't okay however i do have mixed feelings about that, bullying someone who is innocent is diffrent and bullying a bully is different (if garam is one)
@@sam-zn4xw bullying a bully is not going to make the bully recognize their mistakes and grow as a person. Bullying is a bad thing and should not be excused. But saying "bullying a bully" is different is a flawed excuse. And does not make you any different than the alleged bully.
we didn’t mass email you with evidence just to paint her as being guilty again. 1. the panel that spoke about school violence ARE NOT school violence attorneys. what they said regarding level 5 was a lie. level 5 has no severity points, therefore it doesn’t depend on the offence. it is actually used as a preventative measure to make sure students do not repeat what was done. from 2018-2021 kyeongin gave out the same number of level 5s as level 1s. it is not a rare or “serious” punishment. i have done more than enough research into school violence in korea to know this. 2. garam WAS NOT punished for physical assault or bullying. she was punished under “obscenity, (verbal) violence and cyberbullying in information and communication networks” because she swore by text whilst conversing with eunseo. she didn’t bully eunseo or physically assault her. 3. the predebut pictures of garam have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with bullying rumours. she didn’t say those horrid things. those rumours originated from a fake nate pann post. she never disrespected sakura or wonyoung or expressed wanting adult relations with taehyung. 4. she doesn’t have bullying “victims”. all of the rumours were made up by yoo eun seo and she got her minions to post them on burner accounts, newly made with very few followers. they all have a similar cycle and were planned to reinforce the other false allegations. this thread is debunking every single “testimony” made. twitter.com/wildaery/status/1552661610992394240?s=21&t=2hwbNVxUHmK3hdkQMFAarg 5. this is not the first time eunseo has lied about garam. eun seo transferred to avoid her punishment and in those schools, she spread rumours about garam. her and her friends made a group chat and added garam and her friend, insulting and harassing them, making it impossible for them to leave. she has always been obsessed with garam and is the real bully here. 6. hybe’s statement is a direct reference to the school violence committee report. what they stated actually happened. 7. kim garam is not a bully and has been framed. i don’t want to have to email you again with more proof of her innocence just for you to ignore it. i’m sick and tired of your account spreading lies. instead of using beneficial threads that will give you information that is actually useful, you’re using those made by uneducated people, accusing garam of being a nepo baby?? my twitter is more informative: @oncemimosa other informative accounts: @serasskaza @thegreatgaram @euneunch there will be a trending party on july 30th. i suggest you make use of our information instead of giving your biased opinion in every video you make. do NOT make us mass report you.
They went on 'n on about the School Violence report and how Garam received a level 4 punishment. But that only proved there was NO violence, she was only guilty of cursing and speaking disparagingly about someone (the person who was bullying Garam). And level 4 punishment is basically a "slap on the wrist" (received special instruction). The bully received a much harsher punishment and ended up transfering to avoid the punishment. Garam had NOTHING to do with the bully's suicide attempt. It was because Garam's fans were harassing the bully. It's a shame the truth came out AFTER Garam left Le Sserafim.
"In a document from the school violence countermeasures committee, it is revealed that Kim Garam was declared innocent and that her version of the facts presented is correct." People really ruined her career, and are acting like they cared the whole time.
The rumors weren't even true she was innocent the whole time.💀 And I hate it that some people were like "If she was innocent this was a good decision then, Hybe saved her from a long lasting online bullying and to keep a good image of the group" I'm sorry may I remind you why this situation got out of the hand in the first place? Because toxic people didn't care to do proper research on this topic and y'all decided to act as if you guys are detectives and know everything and because of that Garam was cyberbullied off the internet for months/harassed and now this? Also you guys need to know the difference between letting one person tell their side of the story and being on their side Vs Harassing/cyberbullying the other person to defend the other without doing a proper research especially if it's a 16 year old, plus she was 12 when this happened even if it was true what if she changed and you guys just keep dragging her all her life for something she did when she was 12. Also may I remind you that not even the school consider her a bully and that the highest number you can get is 9. The true bully is not Garam it is your toxic a$$ (to the toxic haters).
too early to say that she is really really innocent but it is also mean to mark her as a very bad person. people really are just so fast to judge even if they werent there when it happened plss. not much info can be researched but at least not make assumptions, right?
even if garam was proven innocent these toxic people would've still cyber bullied her and even if she did what she did thats doesnt give people the right to bullyher like that i hope she recovery from the bullying she got
Kim Garams case is now innocent There were photos of Garam being bullied and people cursing at her Kim Garam is innocent and i hope she comes back to le serrafim bc she was my bias
Have you seen the pictures of her sitting at her desk… a lot of people need to give garam an apology because their behaviour towards a literal CHILD was disgusting
Your claim at 7:32 is incorrect. A 5th level punishment (Special Education) at Garam's school was as common as level 1 (Written apology) (17 cases each for the school year of the alleged bullying), so it's not extremely rare for it to be given. The levels and the punishment at each level differes from school to school, there are actually 9 levels at Garam's school. Also, at the times Garam allegedly bullied the "victim" (2018, Semester 1), the school recorded 0 cases of bullying. This entire case is so baffling and I was commending HYBE for keeping her in the group because we finally had a company that is willing to protect their idols (looking at you, Square), but to hear that she may have just been kept for noise promotion is actually viler than just kicking her out. She's literally only 16, guilty or not, no one deserves to be treated like that for something they did at 12 YEARS OLD. It is infuriating to think that any information they got to adequately defend her will probably never be released and her life is going to be a living hell all for kpop stans entertainment.
cyber bullying a 16 year old won’t change anything, if anything that just makes you really dumb since you’re hating on garam for being a bully but then you bully her, like??
What seriously pisses me off about this case is how much hate comments and threats she was getting when she's literally 16, a freaking minor and a kid still. Everyone who was being mean to her was being a bully too. And what about the so-called victim? I've been seeing shit that they're not so nice either.
actually no, it is not rare to give a lvl 5 punishment, in garams school its actually the one that was given out the most, this just shows how much bs people are still taking as fact
This and I heard the Eunseo girlie got a lvl 8 (or 9 I don't remember) punishment but people just decide to ignore it because she isn't famous probably
I'm with Kim Garam on this the only proof of evidence is that ahe went to the same school with the "Victim" crazy how the "victim" kept changing their story. Was it when you were 13 or 15 . she slipped up. And that chalk board and lewd gesture. I did things like that just to be funny.
The most insane allegation i heard of was that kim garam wrote "le serrafim up, ive down" on a board ....in 2018, before iz*one debuted 👏 👏 👏 The way the whole internet bullied a minor because the minor was an alleged bully, WHAT. "imo, le serrafim would be better off as 5, garam is ruining their reputation" Garam didn't ruin their reputation, the netizens did. By stirring up so much bs that most of the time it did not make sense People could have simple recognised the official facts stated, but the internet being the internet twisted so much shit, i saw so many people telling the kid to k¥s, the same thing the alleged victim was fighting against, something they claimed to go through, its sickening!! Basing your opinions off what someone else says wether its true or false, nobody cared! "Well my bsf said that garam did this-this, omg that bish is so horrible _________" kindly stfu! Like, was it that hard to just keep an open ear to the alleged victim and garam without bashing them with no evidence?? "There is proof, the ministry themselves confirmed garam was a bully, the school did too." They never did. Its false twisted info. The ministry simply recognize that garam got a level 5 punishment. The school never labeled her as a bully. Written apology (level 1 punishment) and parents/gaurdian call [as far as i remember, I'll recheck this] (level 5 punishment) [school violence committee punishment levels differ from school to school] had the same number of cases during the time garam's case happened. That in itself says alot. Yall ruined a 16 y/os whole career so easily. Shame on you. Your future is so dead.
i literally heard a rumor going around that Garamond hasn’t eaten and hasn’t come out of her room since her contract got terminated. this is according to her mother and also her mother is scared that her daughter might do something or even c0mm1t soon. you guys did her so dirty, like when they first debuted and i heard about the rumors i wasn’t sure about her but, i did my own research and i found out that she was actually the victim in this situation. you guys need to do research… she is literally a 17 year old girl who wanted to become a k-pop idol and now you guys have ruined her dreams because now after the scandal that has gone wrong, she will never be able to come back to the industry :( i hope everyone now knows what they have done
the damage has been done. whether its the truth or not. the netizen will see her as the one at fault. they're having fun dragging a 16 years old to the grave. which is disgusting.
7:30 it's important to note that most Korean schools have their own indicators of school bullying in terms of levels, and that it's documented that in Garam's school, a #5 actually is clearly stated to not have any physical violence/assaults involved, but more of like.. cyberbullying and/or verbal altercations and arguments. Considering Garam and her friends got into the argument with Eunseo over spreading undressed pictures of their classmates, it makes sense said scuffle would be translated to a #5 considering their scale goes above 5.
I felt bad that it ended to this. Humans just kept getting worse, nothing but better. We harshly judged someone when we ourselves are not even better nor perfect. And these companies should just stop debuting minors all in all when they cannot handle cases like this. I have been fighting with everyone on the internet not to treat Kim Garam the way they have been doing since her hiatus and just when she was formally terminated from the group was the only time I saw video content like this on UA-cam. How hypocrite everyone are. At first, all UA-cam contents were all about not tolerating the "bully" Kim Garam and whatnot and now that this happened, only then videos saying not to hate Kim Garam just released. Just wow. That's why I'm just being low-key kpop fan because the industry and the community overall is a whole mess and worst compared to the older gen of Kpop. And here I thought that people will be smarter with easier access of information via internet but it seems to be the opposite. People just keep getting dumber, no more critical and analytical thinking skills. tsk tsk
Holy moly, why are there so many people bullying her? Why can't people leave Garam alone now? She's a minor and she's been kicked out, likely to affect her life very negatively. Isn't it enough? Smh, people haven't learned their lessons with Soojin, Jimin and Sulli? RIP Sulli. Netizens are damn terrifying.
I think people should stop expecting idols to be nice people....when we were her age we all did something bad, it's normal for students to not get along. Being an idol is a job to them,we should only expect good music and performances.
I will never forget the day she was kicked out and trended on twitter because they think they can humiliate, bully and drag garam. The way they celebrate that. Garam will still shine i hope she debut soon.
I was and still am neutral in this case. We all have witnessed so many fake b*llying allegations against kpop idols which literally ruined their lives. Woojin, Jimin, Soojin... they all are victim of this and their company did nothing to save them. Kpop fans then spoke on how a company should protect their artist and now when Hybe went to protect Garam and wanted to take things legally, they made some illogical theories and even dragged other Hybe artists in this case too. In my opinion, Hybe wanted to protect Garam because she is a human and a minor and the way netizens have been treating her is not acceptable. 8 think they didn't want to take actions after listening to just one side and thus took so long to come to any decision. (This is just an assumption btw) And now since she's out of the group, as many wished for, I think this case should stop here and we should support other members. But some people just want to live their lives as hypocrites and thus still not leaving that girl alone. Like get over it, she's gone now and you don't need to hate her anymore. P.S : I'm not a company stan or LS fan so I'd not tolerate any comment accusing me of biasness. It's just this case blew up on such a large scale that even though I don't follow LS at all, I kept getting their updates everywhere. And the way people are taking thing into their own hands is just so unappreciableb especially when the person already left the industry
I totally agree w you. The company was trying to protect garam that’s why they stayed silent for a while but again fans keep on nagging bout the situation to the point they had to come out and now garam is out people are changing sides and blaming the company for not doing the right thing. Like tf?
SO TRUE. when cube didn't protect soojin, people said "oh she's definetly guilty since they're not protecting her." when hybe protected garam, people said "oh she must have paid them, why are they protecting her?" i HATE everyone who was spreading misinformation and lies. i KNEW this was all a big set-up, my favouritr groups got destroyed because of rumors like these. i truly feel sad for garam.
@@l_rvymas3850 But Hybe did have a fault and that's not checking Garam's background in a precise manner. @Abby Kester your right on the money. People love to dig into others' pasts and degrade them any chance they get. we kindly ask you to watch the full video before you comment and before you leave any negative feedback or rude remarks on anyone's behalf.

I was completely neutral about this case until I found out about Eunsoo taking non-consentual p0rn of Garam's friend and the history of Eunsoo's lawfirm. Bullying is not okay no matter what age also sending death threats to her doesn't make anybody a hero either as in payback, just leave her alone
Just a few facts about the case:
- Several photos spread that would be "proof" of Garam's attitude are fake
- She took a nicotine test to prove she didn't smoke
- No comment on the brick and pot story
- She never trained at Starship, so there was no conflict with Wonyoung as far as we know
- The education ministry's line was merely speculative, not a sentence
- Neither Eunseo nor her lawyers blamed Garam for the incident on her mental health (which occurred because of the public reaction to the case)
- School violence is a broad term that does not necessarily mean physical violence
- Eunseo did not faint because of Hybe's lawsuits, not least because this would have happened before the company even threatened to do so
- Hybe and Garam did not apologise for the alleged bullying, but rather for Garam offending Eunseo through messages
- There is no evidence that Garam did bullying, rather that she cussed Eunseo via text, and that is not bullying
- Hybe has witnesses who were not directly involved in the case and the same documents from the swearing case say that Eunseo did in fact do to Garam's friend what she was said to have done
- Eunseo's lawyers threatened to reveal evidence of the alleged bullying if Hybe did not apologise for the accusations. Hybe didn't do it and where is the evidence? Why were they still discussing a solution with the company?
- Punishments vary from school to school
- Garam's school database shows that there were no cases of bullying in the period that Garam allegedly did it, only cases of verbal attacks by digital means
- The level of punishment received is neither the highest nor the rarest
- There is no evidence that she bullied disabled students or received a restraining order
- Don't give me "choreography is better with odd numbers", I doubt they'll mention that about (G)I-DLE
- "It doesn't matter if she is innocent, she had to leave the group". So if an innocent person is accused they have to bow their head and take punishment for something they didn't do? If she left because she chooses beauty, now that shouldn't be mandatory

If it's true that she was innocent and they just threw her under the bus like that, I'm won't be surprised, but I will be highly disappointed and probably not support HYBE anymore.

she was only 12 when the “bullying” allegedly happened, it’s honestly sad how people try and bring up something she did when she wasn’t even a teenager. Not to mention, punishment five is actually very common in korea, but it all depends on the district since each district has different managements. level five in her district was actually a very common punishment along with punishment number 1. Kim garam is innocent because she defended her friend.
everyone keeps saying garam is a stalker and they keep defending a person who photographs an underage girl in her underwear.
do you think defending a friend from this type of person who has no respect for personal privacy is stalking? you are wrong, not her.
Weird.
Yeah that's what these people were the ones who blamed hybe for not removing garam before .

to be perfectly honest, at this point people should let this whole situation be handled by professionals and leave it in the past, she's been kicked out of le sserafim and we should just leave it at that, even if she is proven guilty you shouldn't still attack her, she will be given proper punishment for her actions and I'd argue the punishment has already been administered, being kicked out of a group right after debuting in it is definitely punishment, I also want to add taking a side either saying she is innocent or guilty is probably something you should do after doing a thorough research and not just from some tweets or something you saw, even so getting wrapped up in stuff like this without being given all the details and sometimes being given specific details can be really stupid, it's best to leave things alone to be handled by professionals because they know what they're doing, and us we're really just some random people on the internet along for the ride, people should stop saying someone is guilty or innocent without concrete evidence, and this whole Kim Garam case seems to be something where you can't be entirely sure what is real and what isn't so it's best to just leave it alone and leave it to people who know what they are doing, this is just my opinion, I'm also very sick of people continuing to bring this situation up even after she's literally not in the picture anymore

1. the panel that spoke about school violence ARE NOT school violence attorneys. what they said regarding level 5 was a lie. level 5 has no severity points, therefore it doesn’t depend on the offence. it is actually used as a preventative measure to make sure students do not repeat what was done. from 2018-2021 kyeongin gave out the same number of level 5s as level 1s. it is not a rare or “serious” punishment. i have done more than enough research into school violence in korea to know this.
2. garam WAS NOT punished for physical assault or bullying. she was punished under “obscenity, (verbal) violence and cyberbullying in information and communication networks” because she swore by text whilst conversing with eunseo. she didn’t bully eunseo or physically assault her.
3. the predebut pictures of garam have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with bullying rumours. she didn’t say those horrid things. those rumours originated from a fake nate pann post. she never disrespected sakura or wonyoung or expressed wanting adult relations with taehyung.
4. she doesn’t have bullying “victims”. all of the rumours were made up by yoo eun seo and she got her minions to post them on burner accounts, newly made with very few followers. they all have a similar cycle and were planned to reinforce the other false allegations. this thread is debunking every single “testimony” made.

It's a shame the truth came out AFTER Garam left Le Sserafim.

right, I feel bad for her like why are you saying threats to child?

That in itself says alot.

the amount of hate really was unnecessary
Poor Garam her life was ruined over one incident between TWELVE year olds
This make me remember how important it is for idols to be at least of legal age
I feel so bad for her. Shed only 16 years old. This would ruin her career..
(This is just an assumption btw)
And now since she's out of the group, as many wished for, I think this case should stop here and we should support other members.
And the way people are taking thing into their own hands is just so unappreciableb especially when the person already left the industry

and i dont want to see a comment abt me supporting a bully cus ppl who say that also support the ppl harrassing her and cyber bullying her in the internet
