Mitosis a type of cell (body cells) division which result in two daughter cells being produced, each the same as the parent nucleus. It creates identical cells, also known as clones. Mitosis take approximately 24 hours to complete. There are six stages of Mitosis: Interphase, Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, Telophase and Cytokenesis. After cytokenesis, cells may differentiate by shaping and developing in a way which it can take up it's specialist function. Mitosis is responsible for organism growth, replacing damaged or dead cells and asexual reproduction. (My test is in two days).

So before all this, the chromosomes must have replicated (So there were 92 chromosomes inside the human), correct?
Otherwise, the cell would have started with one chromosome and ended with one chromatid.
    Please, someone tell me. Thanks.

    - also during anaphase, the kinetochores do not "pull" each sister chromatid toward either side, but as the sister chromatid move toward the two sides, the kinetochores break down.
Where did you get this information? Because in the books that I have read about mitosis, they speak of a shortening of the kinetochores-microtubuli, meaning that the chromatides are being pulled to each side.
The spindle breaks down in the telophase.
I don't see any need for a correction in the vid.
