Match sticks are very common in our day today life. Let's see how to make match sticks. The first step is to cut the wood in to small pieces that is approximately thirty centimeters, and the next move is to remove the hard outer covering of the wood. After removing the outer part the wood it is then cuted in to thin sheets for reducing the thickness. The thin sheets of wood is then cuted into the size of match stick. The final steps of match stick making is to dry the sticks properly in the sunlight or in a drier, it will take up to five hours to complete. After drying the sticks it is then cleaned and packed to make the match splint .
