- In this video I am exploring a capoeira floreio movement that I have learned as the very first one - Au Reversao...
What a paradox that it was actually one of the most difficult video I recorded for this capoeira vlog so far... I used to be good at this move... The video proves I am not anymore :)

What's the difference between Reversao and Au de frente?
Nemo Percussion Good question as both movements look quite similar.
Au de frente is started like normal au and landed like normal au but with hip forwards. Au reversao is more like compasso kick and you land on the kicking leg. Landing is very different.
If you want to learn au helicoptero, I would suggest learning au reversao first as the landing in both moves is pretty much the same :)

To get subscribers on UA-cam you need to get views, to get views you need to constantly being discovered, to get discovered... well unless you hit a jackpot you have to just carry on and hope people come back to watch new videos, share with friends, etc..
