I no longer have the grinder setting for this particular video. But the latest settings that I currently use will depend on roast profile and roast date (slightly finer as the beans aged). Note: I installed the 2 shims from the given Sette 270WI. For dark roasts, I generally use between 13H - 12A. For medium to medium-dark roasts, I generally use 11A - 12H. For light roast, I generally use 9F-10H. For single shot, currently I tend to use between 8,5 - 9,7 grams of coffee beans. For double shot, I tend to use between 17-18,5 grams of coffee beans. All usually within 1:2 - 2,5 ratio within 25 - 32 seconds extraction time.
