Hi, Your video was excellent. You gave me more info on how to use the robot than the manufacturer provides. I tried to change the mopping cloth and it keeps coming off. From watching your video I think I can see what I did wrong. If you do another video, please go in depth on how to place a new mopping cloth on the robot. Thank you!

Thank you so much for reviewing this vacuum. I have it in my cart, but I'm trying to wait until your final review. I have A LOT of carpet in my house and 2 short haired dogs, So I'm waiting to see how the brush does. So far it looks like it's picking things up well. Please don't make us wait long. I'm not a patient person. lol

@@JustADad Between Roomba and Roborock I'm favoring the Roborock and Lidar is a must have in my split level with 2 dogs and not because of pet messes, I've had dogs most all my life and pet messes have never been an issue because I crate my dogs when I'm out, but the fur is another story. If it wasn't for the price I'd already bought it and have you seen their newest one? 10,000 Pa and extending brushes to get into corners when needed, but wow the price tag is hefty! I just wanted to thank you again for reviewing these things because I do a lot of research before buying a appliance and that's actually how I came across your channel about a year ago. I trust your reviews because you actually try these products and don't sugar coat them., unlike other UA-cam channels who either go off customer reviews and haven't actually tried them or are paid for their opinion. I too have a UA-cam Channel, but it's quilting and diy crafting stuff aimed at quilting and the only vac that I've found for my long arm quilting and sewing rooms that are ok with thread and bits of things that fall to the floor is the Shark uprights, but I'm needing a robovac for the upper level living area to just help with my in between manual vacuuming. I'm very busy with my longarm quilting business, driving a school bus and school bus driver training. My hope is that it will help keep down on pet hair and excess dust. Why I'm even considering the Eureka is 1. Bagless dust bin 2. features like Lidar and self lifting mop 3. Price 4. They have a two year warranty instead of the one that the others haven't. 5. Name reputation. That's why I'm waiting on your final review, especially of carpeted areas before I decide. I realize that I'll be giving up some perks with the Eureka, but for the price difference maybe it's worth it????

    8:52 - Do you have a two-story home?
The issue I've run into with the e10 is setting up the home station downstairs to do its initial cleaning. Then take it upstairs to do its cleaning. But maps do not save.
How did you get it to save the downstairs map, then take it upstairs to do its cleaning, and save that as a new floor map?
Which then begs the question if I have to switch the map on my phone to downstairs when it was upstairs so that it finds the home station and empties into canister.
    So far confused. 🤦

Does it detect when the dust bin is full and then goes to the station and empty its dust bin?

Do you recommend these types of vacuum cleaners or something like a plugged rainbow vacuum?

these are great for tidying up the place but they don't deep clean, You will have to still run a vacuum once in a while on carpet, they do a great job on harwood floors. The Roomba J7+ with self empty system is a great buy on Amazon right now, its my go to. amzn.to/4aXCj4g I like the refurbished one its a great price with same warranty

I'm wanting a robovac so badly, but I don't want to buy something that doesn't work well and the really good one seem so expensive. I'm so hoping that this vac is a good one. Anxiously waiting for your final review.

I wonder if it’s an app glitch? I submitted a feedback/question to eureka through the app.

Same thing with mine today I keep trying to reconnect it to the app and it says it’s successful but it’s not cus I can’t manage the robot or do anything to it with the app and it continues to ask me to add a vacuum

Must have been an app glitch. I heard it connect very early this morning. Opened the app and the vacuum was found. App downloaded a “plug in” and it now works as normal. Hope it doesn’t happen again.

Bought one of these and set it up. Keeps disconnecting from wifi. Once it connects, it starts mapping the house and then stops constantly saying the bumper is jammed but it's not. Every time it shuts off to recharge, it loses its memory. Sending it back tomorrow.
