Khane k baad aapka pura body digestion me lag jata h. Jyada tar body ka blood gut region mr rehta h. Agar aap khane ke baad workout karoge toh stress apke core aur pet pe padega jo ki aapke digestion pe problem karega. Pressure aapke pet pe aa skta h jisse aap vomit kar doge. 3-4 ghante baad hi karo workout. Paise nai h toh 30-40 gm soya khao, ande kha lo, badam kha lo sone se pehle fat bhi chahiye, oats kha lo aap complex carbs h ya roti kha lo, kela kha lo.apke pas sab kuch h naturally acchi body banane k liye.
