That’s really cool just ordered 2 of these kits one for x-mas gift and 1 for me i like your ideas. I really wanted a 6x6 but the Cross version is too expensive so i opted for this version hopefully with upgrades it will be a fun truck.
Love the build. Thanks for sharing your badass WPL. Oss
Just subscribed. Can't wait to see what other rc customs u have coming in the future
You're in luck! I'm getting ready to make more content. IRL just got in the way.
@@Roboticus_Prime_RC I feel ya on that. It's the same way with me.
Put a gooseneck on that frame, cut 2 beds down and make one long bed (frame length) and then cut the third bed a bit and attach it on top the gooseneck. Then you have a full OD green cargo trailer that you could potentially put the canvas top kits on.
Yeah, I'm planning on doing it as a full 3 bed lengths. All my RC projects are on hold at the moment though, because I'm renovating my house to sell. I'll start back up in a month or so.
Looks amazing
Very nice..

Cool 😎 and you also like the Coca Cola from Mexico👍
Great work 👍👍👍
Nice job!
With the crown and pinion skipping you'll find that pushing the pinion further in towards the crown usually isn't the best option it will start to bind but instead Slide the crown over closer to the pinion or at least that's what I had to do with my full metal axles mine did come with bearings however those little bearings still have a lot of slop in them and it lets things skip and by sliding the crown gear over on the axle and making sure that the axle can't move back and forth inside the housing that's how I got mine to stop skipping and my opinion still moves up and down depending on the Direction it travels
Looking good 👍
Great video you need a 5 ton m923 to pull that tank lol. 2.5 ton truck is to small lol. Thank you for making and explaining your upgrades. I'm new the the B16 truck. I have real trucks now lol
I have a Bruder Mack in the RC conversion pipeline.

Nice job! 😉
It was my idea.!!! I was the first #1 Watch @Gabriel Silvaz Videos were I go into depth on how to do this tire modification

nice job
Can you do a video of making the dual rear wheels?
Well done Sir and one question pls, where do you buy the parts, greetings from Germany
Mostly Amazon for me. The WPL parts are sold in many places, though.
Great job . . . What type of paint did you use on rc .
Just some cheap rustolium
@@Roboticus_Prime_RC thanks for info
Love what you've done man, would u think one of these would make a good custom crawler base? I've been looking at em.
They do! Though, the WPL C14 and C24 might be a better place to start since they come with a 4 link suspension.
Question since the new metal gear drive or transfer case comes with a 370 motor can a 380 motor be put to it and has anybody done a brushless
I don't have the metal transmission in this truck. But, they look like you can just bolt a different can to them. Will need a gear reduction too. Others have put brushless motors in them, yes. I think Tomley RC did it.
Very nice. What kind of paint you used?
Just some rustolium camo green.
Cool, but how can I change the plastic shaft for metal 4:06???????
I cut the plastic ones off with some snips.
SUBSCRIBED 👍
Could you put the link for the fiith wheel please
Here's the one I used. Though, there are others now.

Can you link 5th wheel? I can’t quite make out who you say to search.

Hello! I know this is a late comment but. I would like to know how to get a metal driveshaft for this truck... and how to install it? I want to just put it on.. not grind anything. Any shafts I should buy?
There's actually so much more available for these trucks now, than when I put this together. Just need to search "WPL metal driveshaft" from your preferred online store.
Might also check out www.taigentanks.com as they started carrying the WPL and JJRC trucks.
Can you please tell me how to make hook to attach trailer ??
Here's the one I used. Though, there are others now.

Hi ¿what scale is the tank? The truck is 1/18 according to the real one dimension
Neat looking truck! I'm not familiar with it. Where did you order it? I'll have to research this a bit, I need a 6 X .
It's a WPL B16. They can be found on gearbest.com, ebay, and any place that sells RC stuff.
Nice build ! Where did you buy the "turntable" for hooking up with the trailer ?
I found it on thingiverse.com
Just search for "wpl 5th wheel"
@@Roboticus_Prime_RC Thanks !!
"fifthwheel"
steve brady I used the 1:16 scale Diecast Wyandotte 1950’s toy truck fifth wheel that is very realistic vintage and hi dollars hard to find. I found some A few months ago but they sold fast now I don’t know where to find any😔
Can you send me the link of the receiver and transmitter that you have use and plz upload the video of the connection of transmitter connection to battery and servo ..I m new at hobby
It's all plug and play stuff. Except for soldering a JST connector on the motor.

Depends on the battery you get.
@@Roboticus_Prime_RC my jjrc runtime is about 10 mins trying to keep up with the hobby grade guys lol
