Ecuador Competition Series Set Brew Guide

This is a collaborative box set by the current Brewers Cup Champion of Ecuador, Johann Buenańo. With the help of Pepe Jijón, we thought to feature two separate four-ounce bags of each coffee that you can blend yourself with the help of Johann's brew guide. The two Sidra micro-lots produced at Finca Soledad and Santa Gertrudis are the perfect accompaniment to one another when brewed as a filter. The proceeds of the green sale and this box set will go to Johann to support his travel to the World Brewers Championship in Athens, Greece.
