I really appreciate how each blend is super distinct. Tropical weather is my favorite, but all four are really good and unique.
Tropical Weather is my favorite, but typically I stick to your single origin.
Tropical Weather is bomb. I’ll have to give Southern Weather a try.
Tropical weather is amazing I'm also one of the people that like dark roasts but like tropical weather
I've tried all of these and love them all! Tropical Weather is my favorite. Geometry and Southern Weather are both great. Just made a latte with Monarch -- it is obviously more traditional but pairs well with milk and gives me warm, cozy feelings. Thank you for all that you do @OnyxCoffeeLab. You've expanded my horizon into light roasts and I've been surprised by how much I love your roasts and company in general. 🖤
Great video. Really appreciate the insight on these as a pour over noob. 😁
Please, make a video on Eclipse.

I like Geometry and Monarch because they are more-developed than the Onyx single origins that I enjoy.
Fellow Onyx coffee consumers... i've been drinking Monarch since Mar'23. it's a bit bitter for me. if i like something creamy, fragrant and sweeter, what would be your recommendation?
I think you are grinding it too fine - monarch is my favorite blend and we have been trying a lot of grind settings to find the best of it - but you have to find the right grind.
@laviniaivanica2197 thank you. I shall heed your advice. 😊
This recent batch of monarch took me some time to get used to especially since I just upgraded to SSP MP burrs. But that is something i would say too instantly a more coarse grind and/or less agitation. I’ve bought monarch in 2 lb bags for probably 4-5 times since first purchase.
Edit: If you want to deep dive into brew methods and techniques here i can try and help.
How carefully they tread over mentioning "dark roast" lollll....
