    Great vid Dario. I use the Fellow Ode grinder and generally grind on a 2 or 3 for a pour-over (7 for a french press for comparison). Do you recommend coarser?

      Hi Rich, I don’t have any experience with the Ode so I can’t make clear suggestions. I will say that if you follow this recipe and your brew times are over 3:30, try going coarser :)
