Ive been watching you for a long time. I love your humility “this my killer hogs but u use whatever kind u like. Got a favorite? Use that”. Keep up the good work brother.
Ditto. Instant trust. Same with Hey Grill Hey. She invites you get her rub recipes off her website if you don't feel like buying them. She and Malcolm are the best.
Honestly, the fact that he doesn’t try to force his rubs on you is what made me buy them. It’s not about the money for him so you know he’s using it because he actually likes it vs just trying to sell us a product.
You introduced me into 'Que. I have loved all your videos. Nice straightforward and no fluff. No where near your level but competent enough. Thanks again.
I'm going to be honest, I can barely cook, I've never properly used a BBQ, and I have literally no idea what Mardi Gras is even about, but these videos are just so cool to watch
Just gotta let you know, I’ve been watching you for a while with my husband since he got his new rectech. You’ve created a sense of happiness in our home via your recipes and sauces. We love smoking ribs etc and watching your videos. Your work is very much appreciated 🤍 Thanks for allowing my husband and I to bond over food in the best way!
Eating and Loving. What else is there? Nothing better than that. Your husband is a lucky man, and you are a lucky woman. Life doesn't have to be complicated to be awesome!
Love me some New Orleans style food. And this shrimp recipe fits the bill. But I think I'm going to pour mine over some white rice. Mmm, Mmm, GOOOOOOOOD.
This is insanely good. Another masterpiece from Malcolm. If you’re from MD try using JO’s as the crab seasoning in the sauce and then hitting the shrimp with some Old Bay along with the Cajun. Gives it a Chesapeake Bay twist.
Wooster SHYER. MALCOM IS THE MAN! When he put an entire chuck roast on one sandwich he got a die hard fan for life. Puts in 2 tablespoons of hot sauce. "I'd say that's about a tablespoon."
Hands down THE BEST food channel on UA-cam 💯 Bern watching ever since I've discovered Ol' Malcom a few months back and EVERYTHING I've made from him is killer. Thanks for the videos man. Much love from Baton Rouge 💜💚💛
Actually it takes no skill. Anyone can cook shrimp. This heart attack waiting to happen just uses a ton of his seasoning and bbq sauce to sell more of his product, I would never put bbq sauce on shrimp!
@@racerxhewett4402 -Sauced shrimp in my local restaurants is always overcooked. - I also would never put BBQ sauce in a shrimp dish, and I usually cut the fat in half when using Malcolm's recipes. - I like and use Killer Hogs seasonings because they are good and I want to him to keep making videos. But his butter/oil/cheese amounts are always way too high. And I like rich food.
Malcom!!! This recipe was incredible! Thank you for making and sharing these incredible recipes. I just started using a traeger, and these videos have helped speed up the learning curve. Thanks again!
Malcolm!!! Awesome cook brother!! The sauce looked amazing and the shrimp mouth watering!! I’ve got to try this soon. Thx for the recipe and take care!! Cheers 🍻🍻
My wife used to ask me how I kept coming up with these killer dishes and I’d say it’s howtobbqright. She thought I was being a smart ass till I let her in on the secret 🤣 keep em coming my guy!
Looks Beautiful Malcom. First of March is tomorrow and here we are JUST NOW getting some snow. I have no idea how long it will stick around. It doesn't keep me off the pellet grill but I do burn more pellets. Maybe next year Santa can bring me an insulated grill cover for winter bbq.
So happy I found your channel. You’re Wonderful. When you talk it’s like I’m down south with family. Love your cooking. I’m gonna make this for the weekend. Thanks Love ☺️😆
Made this tonight and it was really good! We didn’t have the king craw seasoning so we used a creole seasoning and it ended up being really salty. Should I not have used a creole seasoning?
Oh my gawd! I wish I had Smell-A-Vision. That looks Killer. I definitely have to try that just as soon as I order some of your products which will be real soon! Thanks for all of your videos as I have saved just about everyone. Another fan from Hattiesburg thinking about a roadtrip up North. God Bless!
The Traeger does not get hot enough for a frypan or a skillet. With the PitBoss you can get direct flame under the frypan, much hotter!! Steaks and all.
I’m a big fan of Louisiana cooking and this recipe is simple, straightforward and spicy. I’m definitely going to try this recipe in the very near future. I have an idea for tweaking the recipe a little by grilling the seasoned shrimp and then adding them to the sauce, simmering them for 10 minutes on low heat or maybe even no heat to avoid over cooking them. That added smoke flavor and char should provide even more depth of flavor to this great recipe.
I am in the Uk and made this at the weekend and the sauce was spectacular…. Out of 8 dishes I made, my guests said this was the best with shared bread dipping in

Made this last night, and I could not walk away from it. I tripled the dry crab boil and doubled the hot sauce, I’m on the TX coast and needed way more spice! Great work!!
You never cease to make my stomach growl Malcolm. OMG. The only thing I would add is a link or two of and Andoullie sausage links cut up to ramp up that spice and compliment those BBQ flavors !!!
Made this last Sunday night. Incredible depth of flavor. A little spicy for the kids but that can be adjusted. Can't wait to make it again. Thanks, Malcolm!
My 4 year old and I were watching another cooking channel and she says “why is he not wearing gloves? Malcolm Reed always wears gloves!” 😂 looks great man!

I’ve always respected that about malcom, he’s been saying that for years and impresses me every time. Glad other people notice that too! Cheers buddy
If you love him so much then just use Killer Hogs and hush.

That's a recipe right up my alley!!! Those shrimp and that sauce looked mighty fine Malcolm!!!! Cheers brother!

Right? Dang man. I just want to eat that sauce! LOLOL I love this channel.
