      Honestly, the fact that he doesn’t try to force his rubs on you is what made me buy them. It’s not about the money for him so you know he’s using it because he actually likes it vs just trying to sell us a product.

    I'm going to be honest, I can barely cook, I've never properly used a BBQ, and I have literally no idea what Mardi Gras is even about, but these videos are just so cool to watch

      Honestly, it's not difficult. If you like to eat, his recipes are fantastic. I've tried many of his, and never had a bad meal.

    This is insanely good. Another masterpiece from Malcolm. If you’re from MD try using JO’s as the crab seasoning in the sauce and then hitting the shrimp with some Old Bay along with the Cajun. Gives it a Chesapeake Bay twist.

    Puts in 2 tablespoons of hot sauce. "I'd say that's about a tablespoon."

    I've never had shrimp in a dark sauce that wasn't overcooked. Doing this right takes experience and skill!

      Actually it takes no skill. Anyone can cook shrimp. This heart attack waiting to happen just uses a ton of his seasoning and bbq sauce to sell more of his product, I would never put bbq sauce on shrimp!

      -Sauced shrimp in my local restaurants is always overcooked.
      - I also would never put BBQ sauce in a shrimp dish, and I usually cut the fat in half when using Malcolm's recipes.
      - I like and use Killer Hogs seasonings because they are good and I want to him to keep making videos. But his butter/oil/cheese amounts are always way too high. And I like rich food.

    Looks Beautiful Malcom. First of March is tomorrow and here we are JUST NOW getting some snow. I have no idea how long it will stick around. It doesn't keep me off the pellet grill but I do burn more pellets. Maybe next year Santa can bring me an insulated grill cover for winter bbq.

    Made this tonight and it was really good! We didn’t have the king craw seasoning so we used a creole seasoning and it ended up being really salty. Should I not have used a creole seasoning?

    The Traeger does not get hot enough for a frypan or a skillet. With the PitBoss you can get direct flame under the frypan, much hotter!! Steaks and all.

    I’m a big fan of Louisiana cooking and this recipe is simple, straightforward and spicy. I’m definitely going to try this recipe in the very near future. I have an idea for tweaking the recipe a little by grilling the seasoned shrimp and then adding them to the sauce, simmering them for 10 minutes on low heat or maybe even no heat to avoid over cooking them. That added smoke flavor and char should provide even more depth of flavor to this great recipe.

    I am in the Uk and made this at the weekend and the sauce was spectacular…. Out of 8 dishes I made, my guests said this was the best with shared bread dipping in

    Yummy Bread is always good when dipping in any juices, or MILK ~ YUM ~ That time for gumbo to, Any seafoods / i started a new fab? Deep fried sardines YUMMY just coat them with 50/50 flour and corn starch once to a golden brown place them on a paper towel lightly salt them get a slice of bread put one of those bad boy down on it. add mustard, or ketchup or any thing you wish, or just in the bread its self YUM
