Proud of your weight loss Malcolm way to go!! This should be a tremendous inspiration to so many keep it going!! Thank you for all you do for so many!!
Mr Malcolm you are a great inspiration, your videos helped me step up my bbq skills now I have friends begging me to make ribs and chicken for them all the time
My local grocery store finally stocks your AP seasoning and BBQ rub so I was able to try it. I feel it's the perfect blend of flavors and the sweetness is exactly what i was looking for!
Top notch as always MR, greetings from Canada. Just used your BBQ rub for the first time on some pork chops tonight and it did not disappoint. Stoked we can get your products up in the great white north!
I did a shawarma a year or so ago and I was happy in how it turned out. I basted mine with the juices every few minutes to keep it from drying out. I’ll bet yours was better though! Thanks for your vids and podcast. You and chelle are good people
Looks good! If you put a tomato or onion (or pineapple if you're doing pork) on top it will help prevent the topmost layer from overcooking. Alternatively, you can just pull it off and let it rest while the rest cooks. Heat rises; the top always suffers the most ;-) Great video as usual!
2yrs ago I got a Trompo King spit. I use it about once a month. We love chicken gyros, tacos Al pastor. I like to put an 1/2 sliced onion on top to sweat down over the meat. Potatoes in the bottom to soak up the juices. Mmmm. Looks like I’m about to pull the trompo back out.
I recently learned how to make pita in 20 minutes. Would have been a great addition to the video since the chicken took 2hrs. Going to lookup your Gyro Hero seasoning.
When I first saw the vertical spit and you were talking chicken, I thought, how on earth is he gonna get a chicken on that thing? Well, surprise, surprise. Chicken thighs. If this BBQ thing doesn't work out, you'd make a mint just selling those on the streets of New York City. I am gonna give this one a go. First, I gotta get the vertical spit. Thank you. Also, I gotta say, between you and SAM THE COOKING GUY, so many wonderful things to try.
Walmart had their rotisserie grill on clearance last winter. Got it for $20. First thing I did was make gyro chicken. Takes forever on that thing since it’s open air, but I have to try your recipe here. Opa! Also Walmart sells sauce bottles for $1 that are perfect for the Greek sauce.
Don't get me wrong, it does look good. Fairly similar to my kabob recipe but this type of device doesn't scale well. If I were ordering gyro at.A restaurant the outside is mostly cooked and then fully cooked on a griddle after slicing. Then what is beneath continues to cook. You can't do that on a little thing feeding a family so you wind up with an overcooked outside waiting on the inside to cook. Love your videos, keep it up my man!
Thanks for the video. I dont have that verrtical spit type of thing. What kind of difference does it make versus grilling the chicken on the grill directly?

As an American of Greek descent I approve this message! Good job.
The topping is a classic lunch by itself. Served cold with some bread and a cold beer on a hot summer day.

Always nice to see your next video dropping with something special Great videos. Greetings from Belgium. Any recipes with a dash of whiskey?
I often utilize the leftover marinade. I’ll boil it in a pot to make it safe to use and sometimes will reduce it or thicken it.
That looks awesome!
Thigh is the best part of a chicken, lots of flavour
5:40 it is mainly a bulgarian salad called "Sopschka Salad" but without the olives
Man that looks good. Will definitely have to try it out sometime.
That looks really good.
Great job Malcom on the Greek Salad! I must try this recipe. I am going to get this gyro device, go indirect, with my Kamado, and keep on turning it.
Wow. Now, That's a sandwich! Enjoy!
Another classic I'm sure!
That looks fantastic. I gotta have it with tzatziki tho, but that sauce does look good! I can see some al pastor in the near future 😉

Is there a possibility that you you relive some of those smoked chicken wings? You made a few years ago. Please and thank you
Looks good! Lost me at Walmart meat though. Gotta shop local!
Beautiful
Going back in!!
Thanks for the video. I dont have that verrtical spit type of thing. What kind of difference does it make versus grilling the chicken on the grill directly?
I Got excited over the 4 HORSEMAN AND BOBBY THE BRAIN Picture on the fridge. Brought back some childhood memories! WOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Most gyro places I've seen use the direct vertical rotisserie and slice off the outside as it cooks
