I own a rental property in Dolton and regret buying it 100%. In 2020 there was a lot of investor activity in this are due to the affordability and large amounts of distressed homes. When interest rates went up it totally killed affordability and I now would never touch a property in that area. My property taxes have shot up. The property was appraised for 140k and my tax bill is a bit over 8k/year. There is a lot of active inventory and with all the corruption, crime, taxes, and interest rates, Dolton is in for a rough ride.
That’s wildly out of proportion. It seems like some communities / cultures cannot even do basic math. I think that is some groups greatest weakness. No math skills.
It will take them over a decade to dig out from this absolute debacle she has created. What an absolute disgrace she is, and I guarantee if she were up for election tomorrow, she’d be a shoe-in for the win.

I actually met Tiffany Henyard in 2015 at her burger restaurant in Calumet City and she contacted my office for a business lloan to refinance her business because she was in the process of losing the business. I tried to help fund her but she didn't qualify based on her credit and I felt compassion for her being a younger lady in business and unfortunately, Tiffany manipulated me and unfortunately I introduced her to a business lady I know and she agreed to loan Tiffany $10,000.00 for her business and Tiffany never to this day paid the business lady back her $10,000.00 loan. The business lady I know who loaned Tiffany Henyard $10,000.00 had no choicr but to come after me for a loan that Tiffany Henyard vowed to pay back but she never paid it back even to this day.

Tiffang uses gaslighting, bullying and threatening tactics to distract and throw people off the pink elephant in the room and she will never be accountable for anything because shes financially abusive and very financially irresponsible.

the amount of times you could’ve easily sued by continuing to film on public property and getting arrested after they told you to stop is astounding. they literally told you to stop recording on both a public road and inside the public township center, that’s not lawful. if you continued to film and they arrested you, you could’ve sued that city for so much money.
I think he's done with lawsuits unless someone wants to do it pro bono. Though you are 100% correct as it is a violation of his 1st amendment rights and then any other unlawful / unconstitutional acts that would follow.
