The Dolton PD needs to be disbanded and the county Sherriff needs to take over. There is no way corruption this deep can be fixed, only eliminated by the removal of the mayor and PD. On that note, Illinois DA office should have already been investigating and taken steps to end this long before the feds.

The sheriff got 19 years cut off his son's 20 years prison sentence, and the biggest thing of all there is a missing little girl, Summer Wells, and no one is investigating her case. No one is qualified for their positions in that town. If not, no worries. Thank you

May want to look into more missing persons and get more testimonials from people in surrounding areas as well who knew the son as well as the father dating back to when he was sworn in in the late 70s. Over a two week period there is only 336 hours TOTAL. Working 303 hours leaves 33 hours to sleep, eat, be with family, maintain a living space, and handle outside of work responsibilities, all over 14 days... The amount of deceit and corruption at play is disgusting and enraging
2.35hrs of free time a day at that rate not including travel lol this is lunacy
4.7 hours of sleep each night if she didn’t do anything else on that list. Just not sustainable for a human

This definitely isn't a proper substitute for real journalism- flashy YT videos with self-promotion and sponsorship interludes... it all kind of works to undermine the credibility here, but awareness is always a positive. I used to live near and work in Dolton, IL and the story of poor and Black cities in Cook County never really changes- there are systemic failures on every level from police to govt to community, most of it out of the hands of the residents, not to mention historic racism and disenfranchisement. YT has great potential for citizen journalism content, it's just sad that most of it ends up looking like a Mr. Beast video.
