Technically you can... The mid size SUV's (except the Sorento and CX-9) have equivalent space and cargo to a Tahoe, Expedition, and Armada (only advantage is towing)... The only BIG SUV that stands out from the pack is the suburban sized SUV's...

I saw a 2020 telluride hit 200,000 mil easily with no issue,very reliable.

The palisade and telluride are clear winners!! I drive a palisade XRT HTRAC and have no complaints they are loaded with advance safety technology and drive better than highlanders. Also, The Highlanders are being marked up atleast 8k -10k over MSRPs.
In 2021, I wound up with a Highlander because in my area, Hyundai dealers were jacking up the prices of the Palisades....

I am considering the Subaru Accent for a 7 passenger SUV, but in all your reviews I have not seen any comments. We owe a Forester and much has been written about it and we love it. Am I missing something? PG
Should’ve added the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace. Here is why. It has ambient lighting, 7 seats, leather interior on luxury pack ( on life ) or elegance and above. Elegance and above has the option for a sunroof, if you want one on the life model, get the luxury pack which comes with a sunroof. The luxury pack is a extra 5K. The car price is around 48K - 70K AUD ( from base no options to r line all options ) ( elegance is 60K )
What about the 2022/2023 Toyota Sequoia ???

Well I've had my 2021 Chevy Traverse High Country now for 16 months and I love everything about it in luding the Black Cherry paint that I get many comments on. Just finished a 2,800 mile trip out and 2,800 mile return that was very comfortable, with great gas milage even doing 75 and 80 miles an hour. Love the 310 horses especially when needed. Am also pleased with all the amentities that the High Country edition features. I've had 2 Ford Explorers and they cannot compare to the Chevy's ride. Also, this has the largest interior volume of all the mid-sized SUVs out there. Would highly recommened this Traverse to anyone who is in the market for a SUV, as this is a real contender, besides, it looks better than the top 2 on this list.

After extensive comparing, we bought the pathfinder. We’ve loved it, and it’s immensely comfortable. We still have our 2008 with 190k miles on it and still going strong. We hope the new one will be as wonderful to own as that one has been.

I got a 2021 Telluride that I traded in at 12k after showing transmission issues. It was a very spacious and comfortable SUV but the transmission was a deal breaker for me even though I really like it. I’ve heard the new Tahoe and Yukon are not good and have tons of problems. Is this true? And what about the Expedition?

These are all SUVs that will not make it to 200K miles. Most of these vehicles listed here starts to have problems around 80K miles mark historically.
Historically every full size suv has easily gone over 200K. Expeditions and Suburban/Yukon have proven to go 300K with maintenance. Maybe not some of the cross overs however
@@levimagnusson5880 csn you please provide me a link to that data? from what I have seen generally about 22% of these SUVs make it to 200K miles without major repairs and less than 5% make it to 300K. The numbers are little higher for Toyota and Honda. The same guy who made this video has another video talking about that.
I had to have a new transmission put in my 2017 GMC Yukon at 80,000 miles. Never even pulled anything with it! This should not have happened.

Why Sorento?! The fact the that is too small to have a third row makes it embarrassing. I'm counting that as a con, not a pro. And like some else said, don't mix the Full Size SUVS with Mid Size SUVS.
What’s with the stupid 3 row seat obsession. There are 3.13 people in the average family in the USA. The average family size has declined from 3.8 in 1940 to 3.1 by 2021. Yet car reviewers/manufacturers insist on having a 3rd row in crossover; and calling it a “family holler" (BTW - the real meaning of crossover is - glorified minivan). How many families actually have 7-8 people in them? Whose family are they driving around? Not to mention that most of the 3rd row seats are completely uncomfortable, difficult to get to and kill your cargo capacity. Plus they add weight to the vehicle. I’ve seen reviews of vehicles like the Honda Passport, where reviewers are complaining about not having a 3rd row seat. I see that as a benefit!!! Look if you need 7-8 seaters, buy a minivan, trust me these 3 row crossovers aren’t any cooler! At least a minivan is comfortable for all passengers; including your exceptional 5 child family…lol

Except for Mazda CX-9 all SUVs shared in this video has Engine issues, especially the Kia-Hyundai are using old problematic V6 in Telluride and Palisade.
