I've seen multiple cranial osteopaths while having MSE and IMO it's a total joke. The "subtle movements" of cranial bones and mouth massage definitely feel good lol but do not produce any durable change... it's like mewing for 30 minutes a month and expecting any change. Just a feel-good luxury. D.O.'s can be very helpful for helping heal and re-align other orthopedic injuries like shoulder, back, and hips - but the cranial fluid theory has been tested multiple times and found to not exist - and a number of D.O. granting medical schools no longer teach it.

This is literally perfect timing for me. Been examining craniosacral therapy.

Jerking it feels good too, but that doesn't make me a professor.
I think you could have wider reach if you only made well-researched claims, which I think you do regarding MSE and mewing. I'm not saying "stay in your lane", I'm saying to check your side mirrors before you turn the wheel.

Is there a specific claim you disagree with? If so, make your case.

Regarding exercise, an excellent source is Dr Mike's lectures on Renaissance Periodization.
Regarding diet, I'd say look at the American College of Cardiology. Diet wise, healthiest is mostly plant based, and avoiding most animal products other than fish. Saturated fats are bad for you, the studies that say otherwise have significant flaws (e.g. assuming linearity of cause and effect, testing unhealthy populations, assuming no hereditary differences in baseline cholesterol, ignoring reverse causality).
Regarding philosophy, Stanford Encyclopaedia of Philosophy is great. You should also understand evolution to the point where you can state its necessary and sufficient conditions. Meaning evolution can occur in non-biological systems.
And regarding osteopathy, I'll repeat that feeling good doesn't mean it does anything substantive. For me, this doesn't affect how I think of your MSE content because of how detailed and logical you are in that area. But it will turn off other people because you become very handwavy about the areas you know a lot less about. I'd say you probably have a bias towards being against the mainstream view. But often the mainstream scientific view is right. Not always. But often. And the mainstream view is that osteopathy is quack science.

Plant food is not healthy for starters

See, this is the uneducated stuff I'm talking about in the mewing community. "Plant food is not healthy". To someone who knows dietetics research well, this is basically the same as saying the Earth is flat.

No plant based food sounds healthy but actually it takes ages to the body to break it down & digest compared to normal food, fact
