Use your active income and we will assume that your salary is 100 rupees
If in the middle of 22-28
Family Expenses: 50%
Spend for yourself: 30%
Savings: 20%
If you are 28 or 30 or older, it should be
Family Expenses: 50%
Spend for yourself: 20%
Savings: 30%
If you want to be more aggressive, give it a try
Spend for yourself: 10%
Savings: 40%
Also, consider term insurance for yourself and health insurance for a vulnerable (health-dependent) person in your family.
When it comes to investing, there is no limit (time as a factor) to what you can do with your active income. remember this guys "Warren Buffett"?? he started at age 11, and it took him 13 years to become a millionaire and 33 years to become a billionaire at age 55.
So if you realize/calculate how fast where your money goes, you can learn to make your money to work for you.
It worked for me when my dad died 3 years ago. Money is like a common commodity because it works for anyone or will definitely work
