  • It was a beautiful windy. Rainy season took a break on that day so I wanted to go outside and be in the nature. I cooked rice and some fish and veggies. The seasonings are soy sauce, sugar, sake, mirin and bonito broth powder. The tast is sweet soy sauce flavor and very nice. If you add some slices of ginger, it would tast perfect. Hope you have a great weekend :)

Your videos always look so great and professional. You're acting, shooting, setting, directing and editing the material. While watching at your videos I totally forget the work you do (changing camera positions, doing same scenes many times, taking the camera ahead of you and walking past it, drone camera, music, etc. etc.). Everything goes so fluently and easy on the videos. They are like short films. Good work Mai!

Thank you so much!! I want my videos to be an experience like you are there. I show what I was interested and thought beautiful at the moment in my videos. I’m glad that you think that looks like a short film because that’s one of my main themes as well! Thank you for watching as always :)

I really liked the video... in Israel the lockdown is over! So I'm going to hike the Golan heights with my friends

I think it would be cool if you could make a video on how to cook a perfect rice.

Thank you for the idea! I'm not confident to say that how I cook rice is perfect but will be interested to do that in the future video!

Woah, nice and windy, I'd have brought my kites, both dual line foils, one 2m for me with 75' tube tail, and one for the kids.
You've inspired me to try to make my miso soup on a hike, I just got a Lixada titanium alcohol stove & cookset, and trangia alcohol stove that I've been testing on my balcony. Just waiting on a better fuel bottle, maybe a small sriacha bottle would work?

That sounds like a nice set up. Miso soup is fun and easy to make on hike. I do that sometimes too.
I’ve always interested in alcohol stove but never used it. Sriracha bottle looks good if the lid closes tightly.

Didn't close tightly enough, if my screw top 2, 4, 8oz HDPE bottles arrive finally I can test them, else I may have to ask 🎅 for 500ml trangia fuel bottle, instead 👍
So far so good, arrived yesterday, testing today. Not leaking, but it will take a couple weeks to notice any precipitates or difficulty closing the lids.
